I have used Enfields to manage my Southampton properties for many years. Sarah is my property manager. I find the service professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. Any glitches are quickly ironed out. They are knowledgeable regarding the law and always give good advice. You always receive a call back when someone is unavailable. A thank you to the whole team for making my life as a landlord as stress free as possible but a special thank you to Sarah.

We are landlords and always use Enfields to find our tenants. Anna Ghee is always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and diligent. Keeps us up to date with progress and any problems.

I have been renting a property which is Let and managed by Enfields. My property manager Sarah Hazell has always been prompt in sorting out any maintenance issues reported. Can’t really thank her enough! Very happy with the support.

Sarah at Enfields Shirley manages two of my properties for me, she does an excellent job and always keeps me well informed and she is always on hand when I have any questions.

I walked into the office this afternoon to make some initial enquiries, at first instance I was greeted by Annah Gee who was very warm and friendly and willing to help. We managed to schedule an appointment right away, I was very impressed. When arriving at the property to view, Annah was on time and very informative, answered all my relevant questions and reassured me. Definitely would recommend this service.

I have a few rental properties in Southampton and have been using Enfields to fully manage them for several years now. I have found the service to be professional, helpful and pleasant. I have never had to worry about receiving rent or having unsuitable tenants. Happy to recommend the company.

Don't ever try with this people, usually I don't like to write review however these people are awful..!! Threatening me to vacate the house and given section 21 without reason and I have requested 3more months extensive as I brought my own property these guys need only money and I maintained property very well still they blame me without reason as they want to send me out and get higher rent.. beals agent booked appointment with buyers but he missed many times to visit property and I have wait for him and he never informed when he failed to come..

Sarah is one awful and always Threatening.. they shouting at me when I visited their office..

Utterly bad service..

The property they put it in market since June 2021 and it didn't sold until July 2022 as they never renovated since almost 65 years for that these people are blaming me which is not good at all.. they should respect their customers

I have been forced to sign to this Enfield let while I’m not working and with 4 children the youngest is 17 months and a single parent. And this Enfield let has been over priced my rent and threatened me to apply to universal credit to my rent and if I don’t I will be ask to vacate the accommodation while they are aware that I will affected by the benefits cap.

no electricity for 3 days and they don’t care
waiting for garden patio to be fixed for 6 months
subcontractors just coming and “investigating” property every month but nothing is fixed

Worst letting agents to rent with in the Shirley branch
Staff are rude and don’t care takes months to get any jobs done and then it’s done by a crap handyman and landlords are over charged for the work
They will then try and claw back as much of your deposit as they can and lie

A big warning for Guarantor’s due to the lack of communication from Endfield’s we had a £7,000 bill to pay. We did not receive the numerous emails they claim to have sent advising us of rent arrears. The Landlord established they had our email address wrong, despite us setting up the tenancy agreement by email. Endields’s stated that they were not aware that our emails were being undelivered due to their system problems. Apparently they do not send letters in the post or telephone Guarantor’s when there is a problem. They would not take responsibility for any of the debt and dealt with the situation with a considerable lack of empathy. We did not even receive an apology for their error, or poor practice.

I have been with Enfields for nearly 13 years and never considered going anywhere else! Jonathon and Lisa run a most professional agency and their team are as dedicated as themselves!
When I have a property that becomes available I can relax in the knowledge that it will soon be let to the right tenant through Enfields, I was recommended 13 years ago and have never looked back!

I recently sold my flat through Enfields and had a very positive experience. Communication was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
