Purchased this for our home and also many times as a contractor. Plainly said, Enviroshake is the best of the best premium material for your roof with a beautiful finish.

We researched a large number of composite cedar shake products and determined that Enviroshake was the very best option for our home. Enviroshake shingles are substantial and "mimic" the look of real cedar shakes better than that the six other products we researched. We also found that Enviroshake shingles held-up well. One home we viewed had installed Enviroshake shingles twenty years prior and the shingles were in excellent condition.

Overall, good product. Nice service. Warranty claim is good - they only cover the shingles - not screws, nails, underlay. Still waiting on my warranty certificate.

The aged color enviroshake product met our expectations. It looks natural and stands out from other roofs. I had an excellent customer experience with my sales rep, Brad Sawyer. Initially, I was not very confident about using their product since nobody had used it in the Rio Grande Valley. Still, they were very accessible to us through the installation process.

Brad Sawyer, from Enviroshake, personally followed up on every little detail and responded quickly with resources that made all the difference in my Historic Preservation Commission review. I am deeply indebted to him for his patience and caring through a drawn out process not of his making. Whatever samples or photographs I needed were express shipped to get to me by tight deadlines. We are so happy with our new Enviroshake roof.
We researched and ordered samples from 8 manufacturers of high-end synthetic shingles to replace our worn and weathered cedar shake roof in Fort Worth, Texas. We had a lot of questions because of the changes required in decking and ventilation that were necessary with the change of roofing material. We selected Enviroshake because we were impressed with the product but also we were able to order it with a 2-week delivery date compared to a 2 to 4-week lead time for some of the other manufacturers. We were pleased with the direct sale arrangement which provided a significant cost savings to us.
Enviroshake’s International Customer Support Manager, Brad Sawyer, not only met his promised 2-week delivery date but he also provided excellent support and assistance throughout the project. Brad coordinated the delivery to our home with Greg Gambrell at Quick Roofing so that the delivery worked out perfectly. Based on Brad’s recommendation, we purchased a combination of Aged Cedar and Silvered Cedar and the shingles were installed in a staggered pattern to give a more realistic cedar shake appearance.
Everyone we dealt with at Enviroshake was extremely polite and professional with a sincere desire to please. We could not be happier with the result. We have had neighbors that were surprised it was a synthetic and not real cedar shake.

I have had the Enviroshake product installed on an outdoor entertainment area for nearly 10 years. The product still looks amazing. I had the need for one tile due to damage from an ice storm. I reached out to the company representative for my area, Glen Rowley. He was very understanding and had extra tiles sent to me within 2 days. My contact experience was with live company representatives from beginning to end. The entire customer service experience was very refreshing to say the least!

I hope you can open this. We stole asbestos shingle near the ridge and close to gable to use on other buildings where a hurricane broke a few. You can see the work area where the mildew is disturbed. By gently removing the portion of the shingle that remained we were able to slide the salvaged shingles in to place. The Enviroshingles may outlast the 60 year old asbestos.

Dealing with the regional rep was pleasant and any questions I had were addressed and directed to a competent individual. The video instructions were vague and definitely room to improve there. The shipping was a bit challenging at my end as when the product arrived, they were not equipped to get the materials to the back of the enclosed trailer to access with the forklift. Very frustrating. The pallets that they shipped this premium product on were pathetic and a few were broken before we could even access them. The product itself is good but I think it would be good to communicate that the underlayment is absolutely critical as this product does allow moisture to travel between the layers. I would use this product again and being a first time user, I learned alot simply from working with it. I do think that it will handle our extreme weather conditions well..
