Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Knowledgeable, helpful and acceptably priced insurance company. Excellent service as you actually speak to a real person who can address any concerns. Dependable company with excellent rescue services for horses and lorries. Sadly I had to use them almost immediately and they were brilliant. Highly recommend.
