I love the taste, but even when I pay extra for faster shipping it still takes forever. I ordered again on the 7th of July, and the same day ordered atlas coffee, the atlas came in on the 11th with free shipping. Erth has not been shipped yet as of 7/12/26 and I paid Erth extra for faster shipping. I love the taste but you have to do better.

Well I don’t want to repeat what everyone already mentioned. Do not order from this company. In fact don’t order from any company that the only way you can contact them is through email. That should be a “new” red flag for all of us. I’m so aggravated with this company I can’t even write this review because it would be too long. Another red flag is they haven’t replied to any of the comments on this site. Save yourself months of aggravation, because that is how long it took them to tell me how to “officially” cancel.

Erth Labs is by far one of the worst company's for customer support, i would warn you to not order their coffee. First off the coffee has no taste, its like drinking hot water. Secondly, you get absolutely no response when you try and get in touch with their customer support. They will, however bombard you with emails asking you to write them a review after you purchase coffee. I responded to their request for a review by asking for help to cancel my subscription, which has been totally ignored. After countless attempts to cancel my subscription thru their website, which was not successful by the way, I had to call my bank and ask my bank not to allow any more charges from this company to go thru, and after all that, they still tried to charge my card as I got an email from erth labs this morning saying to please update my card information. As if!! Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY THEIR COFFEE!!

The worst. Waiting over 3 weeks to get the order delivered. Only delivered after I threatened with complaint to Federal Trade Commission. Cannot cancel subscription as nothing works. This company is a scam.

This company is a scam. I placed an order and their shipping company said it was out for delivery for over a week. I have sent numerous emails to Erth Labs to both their emails listed on their website, however, I have not had one response in over a week. The shipping company, UniUni is also a joke of a company. I tried to chat with them and they don't respond. All scam companies. I went on Erth labs website to cancel my subscription, but when I enter my email, I get a message that my email doesn't exist. However they email me promotion emails all the time. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT'S A SCAM COMPANY. I am going to file a dispute with my bank.

The coffee is good but being able to cancel the subscription was impossible. Fact, I don't even know if I for sure did it just kept timing out timing out timing out, I emailed at least 3 times saying please cancel my subscription, no one to get ahold of only use the computer and it doesn't work. I don't think so I finally had to have my credit card cancel any further payments. I do like the coffee I think it's overpriced , but otherwise the cop is good service very bad

I have not received my order I would really like a refund of my money on that order please!

Customer service is THE worst! Canceling is nearly impossible. They do not respond to emails. There is absolutely no benefit to this “mushroom “ coffee. It’s just way overpriced regular instant coffee.

I never received it because UniUni delivered it to some random address and not my address. I’ve tried to have UniUni to retrieve the package and deliver it to my address but they feel I need to figure out where this is and get it myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

No response to any of my demands concerning a refund cause I receive a shipment that I have never ordered.

Bad customer service I guess I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new one since they took a payment without me ordering anything, but the order is coming anyway.

Will never order again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - CHARGED FOR COFFEE THAN NEVER CAME! CAN NOT GET INTO PORTAL TO CANCEL! do not buy anything from this scamming company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 months worth and after only a week and a half they charged me and sent me 3 more months. As soon as I got the email (at 3am) that my subscription was shipping (and I was being charged an unexpected and unplanned $120) - I emailed them back as soon as I got up at 6am the same day. No response from their customer service. 2 days later. They notified me that it shipped. I emailed them again. Still no response back. Terrible deception in shipping right after you got your order and horrible customer service. Even if their product was great (which I didn’t even have enough time to firm an opinion yet) I would go with another company.

I thought it would be bolder. It is smooth. Doesn’t taste like coffee. I tried doing 2 tablespoons and it was a bit better.
Also I still have not received my 2nd bag ordered at same time

I’m sorry I just don’t like the taste.
I have to put cinnamon and flavored coffee syrup.

Erth labs have failed to fulfill my original order placed a month ago and their customer support is non existent. Furthermore, they have tried to charge me for a subscription that I never signed up for. I have placed a chargeback with my bank for the original transaction and will be canceling my card so that they are unable to defraud me any further.

I spent $48 for three extra bags of two extra bags and I only receive one box and one bag and I’ve been asking for the rest of my coffee and you all continue to ignore me so I don’t have no ratings for them

I wish there was a zero stars or a minus stars. I ordered and immediately canceled. However, they charged my account $75.95. Then, another charge of 19.00 and another charge of 29.00 dollars.
I have received nothing from them, not one shipment..
Nothing. ..but they have charged me three times. And they will not respond. Do not buy from this company. This must be a scam. I am now going to pursue them through my lawyers.

Fraud company, ordered a starter kit from Facebook on June 2, 2026 (for $29.99) , received it (without half the contents advertised) on June 18 after writing to customer service (Rachel Peake responded). Then, I received an email saying I had signed up for a monthly subscription (automatically when i bought the starter kit)and they charged my cc on July 4, 2026 again. Sent repeated emails for cancellation of subscription but their link/page does not work . DO NOT BUY, they are a scam company, report to BBB.

Customer support is null. Tried every way to stop subscription, incapable. I had to cancel credit card. They advertise as a Canadian company but order delivered from US and charged in US$. Products very cheap. Avoid.
