Fraud company, ordered a starter kit from Facebook on June 2, 2026 (for $29.99) , received it (without half the contents advertised) on June 18 after writing to customer service (Rachel Peake responded). Then, I received an email saying I had signed up for a monthly subscription (automatically when i bought the starter kit)and they charged my cc on July 4, 2026 again. Sent repeated emails for cancellation of subscription but their link/page does not work . DO NOT BUY, they are a scam company, report to BBB.

Customer support is null. Tried every way to stop subscription, incapable. I had to cancel credit card. They advertise as a Canadian company but order delivered from US and charged in US$. Products very cheap. Avoid.

SCAM BIG TIME! DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Ordered and never received. NO response to emails. Norton is blocking as well.

NO Stars! This is a terrible scam. I bought this product on June 2 and got it finally on June 18. When I contacted the company, a person named Rachel responded, but it took a few days. They put me in a subscription I did not agree to based on one line on their site that states "product ships in 30 days''. The product is still on its way, as it usually takes a while to ship. I wrote back and asked for a cancellation, and they sent me a link to a portal that does not work. I had to change my card and will formally report them as a SCAM. This does not operate like a true business.

I don't have the option to give -5 stars.
The customer service is non-existent. I have requested a full refund and they are not getting back to me. I've sent multiple emails... nothing... crickets.
Be aware that if this product upsets your system as it did mine, you will have a battle to get your money back.

It's a scam! They charged my credit card twice, I haven't got products nor refund. Nobody answers to e-mails.

I wouldn't even give them one star!! Absolutely THE worst company I've ever dealt with. Repeated same email no matter what the complaint. I can't cancel the subscription, it just keeps spinning and doesn't go anywhere and doesn't even seem like a legit site. I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. So disgusted. I've spent so much time trying to cancel this and deal with them. So sad they can't deal nicely with their customers. I will sure be spreading the word not to order from them.

Customer support is essentially nonexistent. There is no phone number to contact, and emails go unanswered. I tried to cancel my subscription before the first renewal happened, but was told that I could not cancel or get a refund. I have since tried to cancel the subscription numerous times with absolutely no response from the company. Not a good company to deal with!

Coffee gave me a severe headache- It took 10 days to receive first order - within 8 days of trying the coffee, I contacted them -telling them I could NOT drink their coffee because it gave me headaches- they went ahead and shipped me more and billed me $40. Knowing I can’t drink it. I must have sent them at least 12 emails to their supposed Head of Customer
Satisfaction-Rachael Peake. She does Nothing I contacted her in plenty of time to stop this last shipment but she didn’t even try to- She has NO idea what Customer Satisfaction even means. DO NOT BUY their coffee! Horrible customer service.

I ordered on June 12. Till this day (July 8th), it is not send. Wanted to cancel the subscription, but they provide a link that does not work. I am waiting for 30days so I can report it to shopify. Disgraceful. Never seen such nonsense in my life. Do not order! It is Spam or Fictional company, that actually scams people.

I would give it a 0 if it was possible. I contacted Erth to cancel with no response and was billed for a subscription I never wanted.

Another horrible experience
It’s a scam. First the parcel took ever to come. Then the taste is absolutely horrible.
And this scammers make it impossible to cancel the subscription. There is no customer support. No return emails. No phone number. No way to manage your account.

Ik bestelde een starterspakket omdat ik benieuwd was naar de claims die dit bedrijf maakt. Maar het drankje smaakt naar warm suikerwater, en ik merk niets op van gezondsheidsvoordelen. Daarnaast sturen ze me nu nog een pakket op, ook al heb ik nooit een abonnement onderschreven en kan ik niet inloggen op de klantenzone om dit ongedaan te maken. Hopelijk krijg ik snel antwoord van de klantendienst!

I ordered twice in June and never received either shipment
No answer from anyone and no reply then I received a box at the wrong address what was in it … a frother and a spoon no coffee nothing else and I spent $29 twice with out a refund. I’ve emailed them. them several times. Without any response. Now I’m contacting my credit card co They are a scam

Scam alert, report it to your credit card company asap!!! Fake company.

I would not advise dealing with this company. Your starter kit enrolls you into a subscription that you cannot get out of. Unless you change your card. Customer service does not help. The phone number does not exist. The portal will not connect you to your account. It's a scam

This company absolutely sucks! Customer service is nonexistent! They took my money on the 9th of July and I am still waiting on the product. AI generated emails asking me how the product is and how it feels? What the hell? Never again will I order anything from them. Looks like I’m out of luck on my money being returned let alone a real human contacting me.

Absolutely disgusting, scam subscription site with poor "customer service". Avoid at all costs!!! If you have ordered from them I suggest you cancel and get a new Credit Card, as their website is not even properly registered, they could be anyone, anywhere drop-shipping and selling your credit card details. Subscription hidden in fine print of Starter Pack.
They should just call it the Mug's Pack.
