Por favor que vuelvan las antiguas…

Por favor que vuelvan las antiguas botas Menaka! Las de ahora tienen una calidad pésima, son más cortas y una de ellas tiene el tacón deformado y al andar es muy incómodo. Y encima por el mismo precio que las antiguas!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm really sorry to hear that the new Menaka boots didn’t meet your expectations :(
Our supplier indeed made some changes recently without telling us. The fact that they are shorter wasn't expected at all (despite the fact that we clearly mention it and reshoot the boots, I can understand the feeling).
A deformed heel is definitely not normal, though. I'm sorry you have received a flawed pair.
We are doing the right thing to fix this situation as quickly as possible. To do so, could you please send us a message at commandes@toonzshop.com with clear pictures? My colleague Delphine will take care of it and make things right.

Estoy intentando devolver un pedido

Estoy intentando devolver un pedido, lo tengo preparado pero DHL no h pasado a buscarlo.
Debería haberos llegado antes del 4 de abril pero no ha sido posible.
