La prenda tiene buena calidad. Devolución MUY CARA
La prenda tiene buena calidad. El tiempo de espera es adecuado. PERO la devolución es prohibitiva desde España, más de 12 euros si la pillas con ellos y no sé cuánto será si la haces por cuenta propia, así que, por mucho que me guste su ropa, no volveré a comprarla. Las medidas de la web en mi caso no coincidieron con el tamaño real de la prenda así que tuve que devolverla.

We totally understand that return costs can be a concern, especially from abroad. The price of our prepaid return labels is negotiated to be as fair as possible, but we know it’s not always ideal. You still have the possibility to send back any item on your own (but the price will be more expensive as unnegotiated).

Cambio de talla
Deberían dar la opción de cambio de talla sin ningún coste. Quise cambiar la talla de unos pantalones que había comprado rebajados, y lo que tuve que hacer fue devolverlos, pagando yo los portes, y volver a comprarlos, sin la rebaja. Así que al final me salieron por un pico

We don’t offer exchanges because our items are always available in limited quantities, so stock shortages are common. Buena ropa, falta buena definición de tallas
Me gusta mucho su ropa, pero creo que debería mejorar la descripción de las tallas, por ejemplo dando las medidas de la prenda en reposo, ya que al ser elástico se entra en ello, pero no sienta bien. Tampoco estaría de más algún modelo de tallas grandes para hacernos una idea los que gastamos esas tallas. Digo esto porque les he comprado un jersey que no voy a poder usar y me sale casi más caro el envío para devolverlo que el jersey.

While we’d love to provide exact measurements for every size, it’s unfortunately not feasible for our small team, as this would require an enormous amount of work. Additionally, slight variations can occur between different production batches. That being said, we’re always happy to help! You can reach out to us via social media or at commandes@toonzshop.com, we’ll gladly provide the specific measurements you need before your next purchase ;) We could offer you personalized advice based on your measurements too.
Regarding returns from Spain, the cost starts at 12€ if processed through our return portal, as we’ve negotiated preferential rates with carriers. Of course, you’re also free to return your item using your own shipping method, though it may be more expensive.

Por fin compro algo en internet y es igual que lo que viene en la foto. Telas de buena calidad, o al menos que cumplen con las especificaciones descritas en las prendas. Por tanto, pediré de nuevo, ya que la ropa es muy bonita y el tallaje está perfectamente descrito

La ropa es cara para la calidad que tiene, el cárdigan vino con un defecto en el estampado y a la sudadera le han salido bolas tras pocos meses de uso. El envío rápido y con facilidad de entrega.
La atención al cliente muy bien, resolvieron mis problemas adecuadamente.
