Los productos que he pedido están muy bien, muy bonitos y buena calidad. Algunos otros que pedí en la misma página a veces no han sido tan satisfactorios y con el tiempo se hacían bolitas. Pero en este caso estoy muy contenta. Gracias

He comprado 2 veces (4 artículos en total) y siempre muy satisfecha. Las tallas perfectas, el envío a tiempo, y la calidad buena y en general acorde al precio (algunos productos más caros igual compensa más comprarlos en rebajas). Volveré a comprar seguramente.

Muy profesionales. EL envío llegó rápido y muy bien embalado. Las prendas son como se observan en las fotos, de muy buena calidad además de preciosas y a un precio acorde a la calidad del producto. SIn duda, me generan mucha confianza y volveré a comprar en vuestra página.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your order, especially when the tracking shows it as delivered :( I completely understand how frustrating this must be.
Please reach out to our customer service at commandes@toonzshop.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll investigate this with the carrier and do our best to find a solution for you.
In the meantime, I highly recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the delivery company might have left it at the wrong mailbox.
