I booked a flight to Seattle with Lufthansa in the combination that was best for me. This was not possible on the Lufthansa platform, which did not offer me the same combination.

Very poor experience with eSky.

My flight was changed by the airline with a delay of several hours, making it impossible to catch my international connection. I contacted eSky immediately to request a change, but they took more than 72 hours to respond despite the urgency.

During that time, there were available flights that would have solved the problem, but due to their delay in handling my request, those options disappeared. By the time they replied, it was already too late.

I was forced to buy a new flight at my own expense to avoid losing my entire trip. Despite this, eSky still treats the case as a “voluntary change,” ignoring that the issue was caused by the airline and worsened by their lack of response.

I would not recommend them at all.

Not suitable for business travellers
Unfortunately, even if you ask for one, you won’t be given an invoice as a business traveller. This means that this company is not suitable for business travellers. The form mentioned below does not lead to a page to send the information. It is a standard form that pretends to help but doesn't.

Este foarte util faptul ca aveți acel chat care chiar este util. A trimis cererea mea rapid, acum aștept sa se rezolve. E drept ca abia ieri am făcut cererea si sunt conștientă ca nu se rezolva de pe o zi pe alta.
Însă este perfect să îți răspundă cineva rapid la întrebări.

En billet forsøgt ændret, til anden dato. Ingen svar i 5 dage, så den ret man hat på 24 timer er langt overskredet for evt. refusion. Mange henvendelser samme svar. Ingen hjælp eller forsøg på samme. For lang ventetid

It was a difficult research f flights from Prague and you solved it

Hi. I found exactly the options I needed here at eSky, namely an affordable price for checked baggage. Elsewhere, there was only the option with a small carry-on bag and a double price for checked baggage. I highly recommend eSky. Thank you for finding me.

Monday I paid for 2 tickets and till now I do not get the tickets. But I paid for the tickets.

My husband booked return flight Zagreb-Milano-Zagreb through esky. His credit card was charged and confirmation email by esky was received timely with booking references and all. When he came to the airport in Zagreb, it turned out that the reservations with the airline companies involved were never confirmed, so my husband was denied a boarding pass. When contacting customer service, he was badly handled by a chat-bot via the Esky app (no other way to establish contact at that point was possible). The first time he was actually handled by a live agent was almost 2 hours later. Esky never fixed the problem. The only thing they were prepared to offer was to refund the price paid for the ticket. My husband had to buy new tickets; he came 12 hours later than originally scheduled (missed a whole business day and the meetings in Milan on the first day), and had to incur extra costs for the tickets that were almost twice as expensive (last-minute booking) at his own expense. He is now expecting Esky to at least pay the promised refund. Let's hope that day will come. Terrible, frustrating, nerve-breaking experience. We will never use Esky again.
