ESky todeauna mă ajutat în momente delicate.

Durante il processo di prenotazione, sono stato indirizzato su una pagina del sito ufficiale Ryanair (ryanair.com) senza che fosse chiaramente indicato che la transazione sarebbe stata intermediata da eSkyTravel. Il prezzo del biglietto visualizzato era di 37,39€, mentre l'importo effettivamente addebitato sulla mia carta di credito è stato di 68,29€, con una differenza di 30,90€ che NON MI è MAI STATA COMUNICATA IN MODO TRASPARENTE prima della conferma del pagamento.

Si configura una mancanza di trasparenza ai sensi del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) e della direttiva europea sui servizi di pagamento (PSD2).

Provvederò a segnalare il caso all'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato e al Centro Europeo Consumatori Italia.

Sneaky beggars

i paid ticket and 34 hours before i want to change a flight and they told me not possible even i pay for possibility to change it.so they are not correct.

A foglalás eredetileg nem visszatéríthető volt, ennek ellenére a visszatérítést végül sikeresen megkaptam.

Je suis arrivée sur ce site en pensant que j étais sur le site de ryanair…j ai cru paye un billet 180 euros mais quelle surprise en recevant le mail de confirmation avec un paiement de 228 euros
48 euros de frais de services …Pres de 30 pour-cent!
Une arnaque

Peor imposible. La atención al cliente es inexistente, todo lo delegan a la IA y cuando consigues chatear con un operador no te dan soluciones. No volveré a comprar con ellos.

Purchasing a plane ticket was an easy and straightforward process, initially, I had questions regarding my ticket and reservation, but after calling the customer support number, the nice people there explained everything clearly to me and from then on everything was in order.

Awful experience - booked through them - the airline cancelled and esky refuse to refund the cost - they just pass you on to the airline keeping their large fee and arguing they are entitled to it even though the service they have charged for was not delivered. Stay well away and stick to reputable firms

It was just quick and easy for me to get the flight that I wanted the price was right. I’m very satisfied.

Total disaster. I lost $2100 by booking with them and never getting the airline ticket . CROOKS.

Volevo prenotare con Wizzair ma sono stato reindirizzato a questa agenzia, sicuro che si trattasse del servizio prenotazioni della compagnia sono andato avanti, per poi scoprire che questi ladri applicano oltre 100 euro di commissione. Banditi.

I purchased two airline tickets through eSky that included one carry-on (think tote-bag sized) and one checked bag up to 23kg. The purchase was made about 5 months in advance of my travel. Two hours after purchasing the tickets, I received an email from eSky stating that they would not be able to provide me with tickets that included transport of my luggage due to a "technical hurdle" on their end. I immediately responded and told them a flight without luggage would not work, and that I would need a full refund. They have refused to issue a full refund, instead offering about 22% of the total cost. It is absurd to expect a person to travel with no luggage, and the bottom line is that I never agreed to purchase a flight with no ability to transport my belongings. Never, ever do business with eSky! If you are redirected to their webpage while booking travel, exit immediately! I am a frequent traveler, and I have never experienced anything as bad as eSky. Stay far, far away.

We are still waiting for our promised refund. We are waiting for like 2 months already. 6 months if you count Eserbia time to pay our refund to Esky so they could pay us out after that. Esky still hasnt paid our refund as I type this. They are even ignoring our emails more then answering them (with fals promises)

And again we wait...You answer here Esky but we recieve nothing. Our email we send 3 days ago, is again being ignored....on 8th April. Its 11 April now
