Υπάρχει πολύ καλή οργάνωση, ευγένεια, άμεσες απαντήσεις, καλές τιμές στα αεροπορικά εισιτήρια, υπάρχει αξιοπιστία!

Som stálou zájazníčkou už niekoľko rokov. S vybavovaním, ponukou letov a plynulosťou odoslania informácií som zatiaľ spokojná. Trochu sem tam vyššie cenové ponuky, ale to je asi záležitosť spoločností. Dátum skúsenosti je môj posledný let, ale takúto skúsenosť mám po celý čas, odkedy som zákazníčkou.

6 tickets geboekt via eSky. Vlucht is geannuleerd door de luchtvaartmaatschappij ivm stakingen. Hierdoor 6 nieuwe duurdere ticjets moeten kopen. Bevestiging ontvangen dat we volledige refund van de eerste 6 tickets krijgen. Tot nu toe geen geld ontvangen en contact met eSky via de chatrobot is vrijwel onmogelijk, waardeloos dat je zo lang op je geld moet wachten.

This is a terrible experience from the beginning. There is absolutely catastrophic support or rather non-existing support!!! You only can communicate with whatsup and with a kind of AI. You spend a lot of time and cannot find the complete solution. Nobody will contact you per Phone / neither you can call any support!!! They send you confusing emails with wrong data and new charges without clear explication. If you not pay within 1 hour, they send you increased charges to pay without any explication but nobody takes care about your flight data / problems. I deeply regret to use eSkyTravel.ch!!! Never again!!!

Ik heb om 21maart 2026 een booking gedaan en €2300 betaald voor een twee persoons retour Amsterdam Paramaribo.Alleen bevestiging ontvangen maar geen tickets.Wilde een foutieve naam ook veranderen hetgeen ook niet lukte.Annuleren lukt ook niet.In geval ik mijn geld niet terugkrijg zal ik juridische stappen ondernemen.En als dat niet dan neem ik het recht in eigen hand en jullie hebben aan mij geen makkie;ONTHOUD DAT GOED!!!!

As always all went smooth. The choices are many and comparing them is easy. Once you get used to the site “shopping “ is easy.

Sinds november ben ik aan het wachten op een refund waarvan ze €50 servicekosten van gaan afhouden. De service die ze nooit hebben aangeboden. Ik heb hen tal keren gemaild en heb mijn refund nog steeds niet gehad. Ik krijg telkens vage antwoorden telkens van andere medewerkers zonder duidelijkheid. Verschrikkelijk nooit meer boek ik via hen!

Tragedia . Nie kompetentni oszuści . Straciłem 4 tygodnie urlopu w listopadzie 2025 r . 2000 zł . A na zwrot za imprezę czekałem 4 miesiące . Walka z firmą i bardzo niegrzeczną obsługą trwałą 3 miesiące . Starali się obwinić mnie za zaistniałą sytuację . Nigdy więcej . Nie wpłacajcie żadnych przedpłat . To ryzyko i żadna okazja . Oszuści nie kompetentni . Każdy inny tylko nie e skay .

Το πρόγραμμα των κρατήσεων είναι πολύπλοκο έκανα μιάμιση ώρα για να ολοκληρώσω την κράτηση.
Χρόνια ταξιδεύω με την Aegean, βρίσκω πάντα εισιτήριο λίγο τσιμπημένο αλλά το πρόγραμμα των κρατήσεων είναι πιο απλό.

I made a typing error with the email address when booking. I have tried contacting sky by email (o response) via contact form (no response) via telephone (doesn't even connect). How am I supposed to rectify an error when there is no option to seek help?

Great service, great airline

I booked a changeable and refundable flight for LATAM Airlines. When I tried to change it eSky didn’t respond. After multiple attempts someone responded but did nothing. I lost $500 in tickets.

Stay far away from eSky. They offer services most airlines provide as part of their ticketing process. eSky has no, and I mean no, customer service. You have been duly warned.

I booked i flight with eSky and payed almost double than i should... I didn't know at that time it was my first flight ever. I also payed for insurance in case of cancelation and i unfortunately canceled the flight the same day cause something came up... They refused to give me refund of any amount despite the insurance i payed them also i contacted air company that i bought ticket from trough eSky and they were willing to refund the half of the amount of the ticket but eSky would get the money cause payment was trough theirs card... So i ended up pay 250 euros and didn't and they refused to pay me back even a cent i tried everything but only thing that is left is to sue the company... Unfortunately i don't have money for that i bearly menaged to scrap money for the ticket cause we live in county that average pay per month is 1000 euros and the ticket was for my mother who wanted to visit my sister in Neanderthals. In any case eSky are thiefs and i wish them all the worse. IF YOU EVER WANT TO TRAVEL I WISH YOU READ THIS CAUSE I DIDN'T HAD.... NEVER TRAVEL WITH ESKY CAUSE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND YOU WILL PAY ALMOST DOUBLE THE MONEY GO BUY TICKET DIRECTLY FROM AIR COMPANIES...
