Terrible experience! I have been trying to get a refund for a plane that never took off from Dubai for 2 weeks now. Avoid these liars and scammers because they are just trying to steal your money. I have reported this case to the authorities, if anyone has had the same situation please contact me so we can unite against this dredge.

Using your service was rather simple, easy, and straightforward. Would have been even better if the prices shown already were the final prices, as I ended up paying much more than I expected.

I booked two tickets for 2 Maldivians. Maldivians are required to pay a total of 24 usd as airport charge and development fee. Esky charged me over 190 usd as airport fees. I was in a hurry to book the ticket that I overlooked the details which I should have.

Very easy, good offers, fast results.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!

I booked a flight on esky via Ethiad through Abu Dhabi. Because of the war, Ethiad offered full refunds for everyone in my situation. Esky claimed they couldn't offer a refund because it was against airline policy. This was a blatant lie. Screw Esky. At this point is basically just theft.

My experience with eSky is extremely frustrating
From the beginning, the information provided by eSky has been contradictory and misleading. Their support initially told me that the airline does not allow cancellations and that a refund is not possible. Because this sounded strange, I contacted the airline directly myself. The airline clearly confirmed in writing that my ticket is 100% refundable and that the cancellation is accepted.
After I informed eSky about this, instead of resolving the issue, they continued sending vague and confusing messages and delaying the process. At this point ,they are trying to avoid processing the refund or hoping that the customer will simply give up. The communication from eSky is unclear, inconsistent and extremely disappointing.
What is even more concerning is that their statements directly contradict what the airline confirmed to me. This raises serious questions about the transparency and honesty of their customer support.
I cannot recommend eSky to anyone.The worst

Terrible customer service from eSky. My flight was cancelled due to the war in my country, yet they refuse to provide a refund and keep delaying the process with meaningless responses.
Instead of helping their customers during a crisis, they avoid responsibility.
I strongly advise others not to book through eSky
Update after company reply:
The company claims the situation was clarified, but I have still not received a refund or a real solution. The issue remains unresolved. Impossible to reach through phone.

Rein svindel ...mistet alle 4 flightene,da det aldri ble sendt boardingkort, og umulig å finne reservasjonen hos flyselskapet.
Jeg hadde forsikringer mot kansellering og refunderbare billetter De har ikke refundert en eneste euro.
Vi fikk ødelagt hele ferien, og sitter tilbake med dobbelt tap. Vi måtte kjøpe nye biler ,med andre flytider.

ESky is a scam website that impersonates well know flight agencies and adds fees on top of flights that would otherwise be far cheaper. The website is designed to sneakily steal money from unsuspecting people.

I Googled FlySafair, Google prompted this scam website as FlySafair When I clicked the link the site was Branded FlySafair. Silly of me nkt to chrck the URL but I accidentally booked a flight while thinking they were more expensive than usual. After booking it redirected me to Esky and realised I had been scammed out of money.

I feel duped and embarrassed that i was sneakily tricked into thinking I was on the Flysafair website.

ESky is a scam!!

Check Reddit, HelloPeter, and other Trust Pilot Reviews that show how ESky add fees with zero added value. There is no contact information on their website, and generally people have had a poor experience booking on their website.

They are terrible. We had to eat the cost for two tickets $1,115. The would not send the tickets I paid for. Don’t ever book

Speed, correct and believable.

I booked a flight through eSky and the process was not as clear as I expected. At some point it looked like I was booking directly with the airline, but later I realized the reservation was through eSky. That part was a bit confusing.

The confirmation also arrived later than I thought it would, which made me a bit nervous at first. In the end everything was fine and the ticket was valid, but the whole experience could be much clearer

Nachdem wir eine drastische Flugplanänderung der AustrianAirlines ablehnen mussten, sollen - so suggeriert es die website - die Abläufe zur Rückerstattung automatisch beginnen. Man erwartet also : eine Statusbestätiung mit Vorgangsnummer, Ansprechpartner, Terminvorschau ... und zwar per direkter eMail. NICHT so bei diesem Unternehmen. Statt dessen wird jeder Kommunikationsversuch, der ohnehin nur per Chat möglich ist, aktiv abgebrochen, sobald es konkret um unsere berechtigten Interessen geht. Niemals zuvor haben wir eine so UNSERIÖSE KOMMUNIKATIONSVERWEIGERUNG erlebt. Es entsteht leider der Eindruck, dass dies genau ein Teil des Geschäftsmodells ist. "Hallo eSkyTRavel, beweisen Sie uns das Gegenteil; sie hatten doch unser Geld nun eh schon vier Monate, geben sie es heraus, ohne dass noch Anwälte daran verdienen."
