Non mi sono accorto di essere stato reindirizzato sul loro sito invece che su quello della compagnia. Anche le pagine visualizzate in fase di prenotazione mi hanno indotto a pensare di trovarmi sul sito della compagnia.

Morale della favola: al momento del pagamento il prezzo è cambiato del 40% in più ma, trattandosi di un volo di 100 euro, ho pensato si trattasse di una qualche tassa o altro.

Solo dopo, quando ho ricevuto le mail, ho capito che quei 40 euro erano la commissione di questa piattaforma, che per come è strutturata mi ha tratto in inganno.

Infatti ho ricevuto la loro prenotazione, al prezzo pagato per totali 140 euro, e subito dopo quella della compagnia che indicava il reale prezzo del biglietto di 100 euro.

Quindi ho letteralmente buttato 40 euro per non aver ricevuto alcun reale servizio.

Quindi, PER CHI INTENDE PRENOTARE SUL SITO DELLA COMPAGNIA, FATE ATTENZIONE!!!

Io ci ho rimesso 40 euro ma il rischio è, soprattutto nel caso di una famiglia, di dover pagare i biglietti anche qualche centinaio di euro in più rispetto a quanto li si pagherebbe sul sito della compagina.

Sottolineo che il design del sito è molto subdolo; non mi ritengo uno sprovveduto, ma avevo fretta e non ho prestato attenzione. Colpa mia, ma Vi auguro di spendere quei 40 euro in Imodium.

Auf Google Flights konnte ich für eSky auf meiner Reiseroute einen Preis von ca. 480€ sehen. Im Anschluss, nachdem ich auf eSky alle meine Daten eingegeben habe, wurde mir die Info angezeigt, dass sich der Preis nun auf 1300€ (!) geändert hat. Da dies dem Preis entsprach, den man auch auf allen anderen Buchungsseiten hätte bezahlen müssen, gehe ich davon aus, dass eSky systematisch günstige Flüge auf Vergleichsplattformen einspeist, um Kunden auf ihre Seite zu locken. Sehr unseriös

I booked a flight and paid for possible change. I tried for 12 days to change the date. I told them what I need and when. And they were we will contact you, as soon as possible etc. I tried it once more. the once more. And the day before I needed to flight they didn't manage. Last email was. Yes, we can change the flight, send us the payment. And I asked where is the payment link. And again - we will contact you in 24 hours. !!!! My flight should be at that time. I Hated it and wrote them to pay me back. They wrote me so I will get 5% of the purchase price? It is robbery. And all AI. No people.

Once I'd found the right booking people for my airline the process was really easy.

THIS IS THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY YOU CAN FIND ONLINE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
I booked a flight through them, and the airline changed my departure date three different times—all for different days! They even expected me to wait at the airport for over 30 hours. I requested a cancellation one month before my departure, and after three weeks, I am still waiting for my refund. Their excuse? “We can’t do anything because the airline isn’t giving the money back.”
If you are on a budget, avoid them completely. You won’t see your money for up to six months.
They are irresponsible, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. You pay for a service that they simply do not provide.
I was polite and patient for 21 days—but enough is enough.

Veramente disonesti, sito inutile. Comprato biglietti aerei fino al pagamento indica un prezzo, poi mi arriva l’addebito della banca con l’importo scalato superiore di 30€ per le spese di NESSUN SERVIZIO. Facevo prima ad acquistare nel sito ufficiale che da questi truffatori, così ero più sicura e risparmiavo anche! NON ACQUISTATE DA LORO FATE ATTENZIONE!!!!
