Went out of their way to please
Item ordered was out of stock so an alternative was arranged.
Delays with courier service was annoying, but this was out of Esports control.
This is a revised review as Esports responded quickly and went the extra mile. So many thanks.

Hiya,
Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback - we take all feedback, good or bad, very seriously.
Sincerest apologies for the delivery delay, we appreciate this can be frustrating, however so we do everything in our power to ensure customers orders arrive in time, unfortunately delays with the courier are outside of our control.
With that being said, if you can get in touch with our customer service team via our contact page with your name and order number, and confirm whether you have received your order or not, then we will be able to look into this further for you.
Thanks again,
Billy
