A care company that really does care
When a family friend in his 80’s fell ill and came home from hospital he needed 4 carers coming in a day, I have LPA for him as he has no family other than his 77yr old sister, so it fell upon myself to look after all of his needs. The gentleman lives 40 minutes away from me so I needed to rely a lot on the care company to take care of him. Esteem (originally Vive when I had them) were absolutely fantastic, if I needed anything at all I just contacted the office and spoke with either Katie or Wendy (who were amazing) and they dealt with it straight away, they went above and beyond to help and I had a great rapport with them and the carers. I was upset when the company left the Wakefield area and could no longer look after said gentleman and we had to go with another company (which have been a dreadful company btw) and i am currently moving companies again. I would highly recommend esteem to anyone, a care company that actually cares.
