My mother Marion funeral

The staff at Eternal Gardens
Were helpful with duty of care and polite and also informative when needed during this sorrowful and difficult time for family and friends.
I personally would recommend this company .

We. had a very disappointing experience visiting the cemetery.

We arrived at approximately 3:38–3:40pm. The cemetery’s advertised closing time is 4:00 pm, and we were prepared to go straight to my loved ones grave, say a brief prayer, and leave before closing. Instead, after travelling over 3 hours including travelling with two disabled and an elderly person, were refused entry. The two idividuals (one who said he’s the owner/manager and the other following orders blindly) at the gate also lied to our faces about the time of last entry (there wasn’t one), nothing on their website.

What made the situation particularly frustrating was that around 20 minutes were spent arguing with us. In the time it took to refuse us and debate the matter, we could have visited the grave and been back out.

I also found it inappropriate that a member of staff brought religion and pretending to be religious (which is what charlatans love to do)into the discussion while refusing entry. Whatever the policy is, it should be explained professionally and consistently (rather than performatively spewing religious rhetoric when your actions are to the contrary), during a disagreement which is indicative of fakeness, as he was regurgitating nonsense he was spitting on our faces when he talks and made no effort to turn his mouth away.

Families visit cemeteries to remember and pray for loved ones. A little compassion and common sense would have gone a long way. If the policy is that no one is admitted after a certain time, it should be clearly displayed on the website, doors and applied consistently so that people are not making long journeys only to be turned away.

I left feeling upset and disappointed by the zero common sense and rightly DISGUSTED by the cruelty and lack of empathy shown. Disgusting and unacceptable behaviour!

I cannot express how much Khalid at eternal gardens helped our family in our time of grief. As non Muslims we had no idea what to do. Khalid explained the burial process well, and answered all our questions, he supported my family in every step. Even helping us to locate the Mosque/Imam and arrange a janazah service. I am confident that any family, that needs these services, will be treated as respectfully and efficiently as we were. I am forever grateful to this man. The location is perfectly quiet and beautiful. We were led to him by God and I truly believe that we trusted the right person with the burial of our Brother/son.
Service is 5 star and highly recommended.

It gives me immense pleasure to leave a review for the burial services provided by Eternal Gardens at Sidcup.
I have lived in the Bromley community since 1999 and over the years got to know a large section of the local community.
With aging population the Bromley community have been seeking for a burial services apart from other community services.
Around 2014 Eternal Gardens was set up & the community has used this services over & over. As a senior member of the community I have been involved in many voluntary services one of which is funeral services.
I must say that at a time of grief for the community members I have contacted Khalid who has been ever willing to help.
His advice has always been excellent.
The burial services at Eternal Gardens has been very useful to the grieving members of the community.
Khalid has great leadership qualities, he emphasises, is punctual, sensitive and thorough.
It has always been a pleasure to liaise with Khalid & he has never disappointed me.

We recently arranged my father’s burial at Eternal Gardens, and I wanted to share how positive the experience was, given the circumstances.

Khalid was exceptional throughout. From the outset, he took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which made a very difficult situation feel much more manageable. He showed us around the grounds, answered every question patiently, and was always available whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. His manner was consistently kind, empathetic, and compassionate.

Eternal Gardens itself is a beautiful and peaceful place. The grounds are very well maintained, calm, and provide a real sense of dignity and respect. Knowing that my father is resting there, in such a serene environment and so close to home, brings us a great deal of comfort.

I’m genuinely grateful to Khalid and the team for their professionalism, care, and support. They made a very difficult experience feel as smooth and supported as it could possibly be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I visit Eternal Gardens and honestly I'm fed up with the same problem happening over and over again.
Multiple times now, funeral directors that have service for the non muslim side have parked their limos in a away that blocks the path to drive through to the muslim section of the park. It happened again today and it wasn't even a big funeral, there were only 3 or 4 cars there. There's no reason they couldn't have parked more thoughtfully.
I've mentioned this to the staff before but nothing's changed. Yes, the funeral directors need to use a bit of common sense, but the Park staff should really be around to make sure this doesn't keep happening. It's frustrating and disrespectful that people visiting the Muslim section are constantly being blocked from getting to their loved ones.
They need to sort out proper traffic management so everyone can actually access the cemetery without being stuck waiting or having to navigate around parked cars.

Had a loved one buried a few months ago, the burial went fine but sadly it seems graves aren’t well maintained, countless graves are sunken, I visited the cemetery again today since my loved ones burial and the graves are in the same state

I want to sincerely thank Brother Khalid for the incredible support he provided during the burial of my late sister, Jennifer Kabia.

From the beginning, his communication was clear, respectful, and compassionate. He showed a deep understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and dignity. He was there with genuine empathy and patience, easing our burden in a way that only someone truly devoted to serving others could.

May Allah accept all of his efforts in this Dunya and reward him immensely in the Akhirah. He is truly an amazing person, and I am deeply grateful for everything he did for my family.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Losing a loved one is never easy, but we are deeply grateful to Br. Khalid and Eternal Gardens for their care and support during this difficult time.

Br. Khalid handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and sincerity, guiding us through the process with kindness and clarity. The cemetery itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and dignified — a true place of comfort for grieving families.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Imam Saif and the team at the cemetery. The Imam is a truly kind and compassionate person—always greeting visitors with warmth, checking in on those who come to visit their loved ones, and often offering to pray together, which brings great comfort during difficult moments.

I visited my husband resting place with my family. Imam Saif was closed by and answered some questions we had. He was very kind putting our minds at rest in relation to honouring my husband's memory. He then prayed for my husband. Very touching and very well needed.
Imam Saif also found an expensive piece of jewellery my daughter unknowingly dropped when she stepped out of the car and brought it to her.
Imam Saif made an emotional visit a rewarding one.

Imam Saif gave prayers for my father. And advised us on how to honour him in different ways. He was very kind and helpful, also returned my sister’s watch which she had dropped.

My Dad is buried at Eternal Gardens and I’ve always been pleased with how clean and peaceful the place is. Imran and the team do a lovely job at maintaining the graves and relaying the grass during the summer time. Thank you so much for all you guys do!

I visited graveyard regularly to see my son grave, all graveyard staff hard working and very friendly specially Imran is very friendly and responsible person.

A beautiful and well maintained cemetery. Brother Khalid and Imam Sayful very helpful and friendly with questions and making the process easy and understandable. Muslim pray room available and large car parking area.
