I was wondering if the advertisement for this company is only exclusive to Muslims only? The soft spoken females voice which Islam persuades to keep hidden and prohibits in music and prayers, then on YouTube speaking softly in the advertisement in English and uses the word jannah which it’s literal meaning in English is heaven. I’m really confused whether this adverts intention is aimed for only Muslim audience? Is it against Islam for non Muslims to donate? Then why the word heaven is not used for the wider audience that have the right intention to donate,to understand the companies purpose? Thank you for your reply I thought it was for planting trees/charity

Called Eternal Garden spoke with Br Khalid and received great advice and compassion.
The team was supportive, understanding, knowledgeable and highly proficient.
This was my first funeral so had no idea about the burial procedure.
Br Khalid took care of everything. He showed patience, empathy & professionalism at all times. He arranged the connection with the Imaan at Brick lane mosque who was equally understanding, supportive and kind.
Due to the support and knowledge of the team it was an extremely stress free process.
They took care of everything.

From beginning to end the service we received and the support in ensuring the muslim burial for my daughter was carried out perfectly was second to none. Professional and caring, empathic and responsive, the brothers at the Eternal Gardens demonstrated excellent customer care throughout our interaction with them. The burial site is peaceful and very beautiful.

Recently the almighty decided it was time for my father to taken up to him. 12 hours before his passing I made a call and spoke to brother Khaled. He was extremely professional, kind and patient.

When the time came, he arranged viewing of the plot the same day, went through all the logistics, got me in touch with funeral directors, and answered any questions I had throughout the process.

Within 24 hours my father was finally laid to rest at the Eternal Gardens.
The location being extremely convenient for the family. The grounds are spacious and kept clean and everything is uniform.

Brothers Khalid and Sayful were compassionate and accommodating, making the difficult moments more manageable. They went out of their way to accommodate our mother’s burial and we will forever be grateful to them. The area itself is serene and they have well-maintained grounds. The respectful atmosphere and thoughtful design create a peaceful resting place for loved ones - I highly recommend it.

Recently experienced a loss of a friend, brother Sayful was always there to help. I ve known him for years but recently he visited my masjid in Purley led the Salah and gave a short talk on afterlife.

I recently experienced the loss of my father, and the compassionate support provided by Eternal Gardens Cemetery, particularly by Khalid, has been truly remarkable. Khalid is a lovely person and a wonderful Muslim. He was always there on hand to help me and offer direct guidance.

The serene atmosphere of the cemetery offers solace, and Khalid's professionalism and empathy made the difficult process much more manageable.

The meticulous care in handling every detail reflected a genuine commitment to honouring my father's memory. Khalid was always available to answer calls and answer any questions I had.

We burried our father 6 months ago an the gentleman Mohammed Sayful, was incredibly helpful. Everytime we come and he is there he makes Dua for our father and looks after everything so well.

Eternal Gardens were there for our family from the start and held us through the most challenging period of our lives. Mama had passed in the afternoon and we were lost. We called Eternal Gardens late in the evening (around 10pm) and received a call back from Khalid immediately. From there we were no longer alone, and every aspect of Mama's burial was taken care of, even while being so respectful of all our wishes. We were put in touch with a Funeral Director and were able to view and chose a plot early the very next day. One of the biggest supports was the help with navigating the UK processes as quickly and efficiently as possible so we could release the necessary certificates from the hospital, the registration of death at the local borough, and the much needed burial order the very next day allowing us to have her released to the Masjid immediately (which is unusually fast for the UK system). Throughout all this they were always available on the phone to help us through any difficulty, allowing us to complete the processes and complete the burial in as quick a time as was possible. Mama would have been happy and proud. The cemetery at Eternal Gardens itself is beautiful, calm, peaceful. We could not have chosen a better resting place for Mama here in this country. We are really grateful to Eternal Gardens and the complete service and care they provided for our family. Our many thanks.

Mohammed Sayful was extremely understanding and led a great burial service. He made me feel better the whole time with his wise words. He made it very easy for what I was going through

Whenever I see brother Sayful, he has both a Salam and a smile to offer. I always see him making Duas for those at rest. Due to distance, I am unable to visit my loved one as often as I would like, however knowing that prayers are made (for those at rest) does bring me comfort. For this I am thankful.
May Allah (SWT) bring peace to all of those who have gone ahead, and to those of us who are left behind - Ameen.

I’m truly grateful for the support ,assistance, care and professional manner in which Khalid and the Team at External Gardens assisted me with the burial of my Dad. I really relied so heavily on Khalid’s support to get everything arranged at such a distressing time and in such a short timespan. The burial service and maintenance of the grounds are great offering a tranquil, calm and peaceful place for everyone’s loved ones to be laid to rest and for us to visit them. Have been visiting for many times , the team is very helpful Mr Sayf,Mr Mahmet all doing good job

but the park is looking worse then my local council cemetery very messy and everything is bad just visit and see all graves is like big things growing from it and weeds.

please sort this ,hurts my heart to visit my family and see like this.
