Closes way to early 4pm is a joke especially for people who need to travel from far or even after work. Worst burial site workers should be held accountable really is shocking

We lost our dear Mother unexpectedly. After reading the online reviews we visited Eternal Gardens and were fortunate to be greeted by Khalid Bhaijaan. He put us as a family at ease and went above and beyond in helping us. He treated our loss as his own. My Mother is at rest now and we find peace in the knowledge that my Mother’s resting place will be looked after by Khalid and his team. Thank you Khalid Bhaijaan for caring and treating our loss as if it was your loss too. The Shaah family, Surrey.

I visited Eternal Gardens over the weekend, I struggled to find two of my loved ones which made the exp reinvest even more difficult than it would’ve been anyway. I was shown real kindness and I’m so grateful. I only got one name out of two but I’d like to thank both of them for taking the time to help me locate my grandmother and aunt. And thank you so much to Sayful who also came to offer prayer. It took me a long time to find the courage to come and visit so thank you for helping me in such a difficult situation for me.

The location and staff were all wonderful. Very professional and helpful. I spoke to Sayful who works there afterwards and he was very friendly and considerate.

While the passing of my Grandmother pains me, I feel better knowing she is in the Eternal Gardens.

My mum passed away in 2020, the most difficult time of my life, also when the pandemic started and luckily just before the lockdown. Brother Khalid was so kind and understanding. This was the first time as a family we needed to bury a relative, and he helped us through the process with such compassion and professionalism. Thank you, Khalid.
Eternal Gardens is a peaceful and calm cemetery. Im so impressed with how they keep the cemetery maintained. It gives me peace to know my mums grave is taken care of when I can't make it to her.
Brother Sayful has met me twice at my mums grave and stopped and prayed with me, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Sayful, for your prayers, kindness, and calm nature.

Well managed, caring staff

My beautiful mother passed quite quickly. In our grief we were supported by the brother at Eternal Gardens. We ordered a bench for our mother, and it was delivered quickly Alhumdillah.
We were given a photo and video of the grave and the bench as soon as it arrived.
They provide a beautiful experience for all who use the service at the most vulnerable time in life.

We lost our mother so suddenly and so young so one can imagine the immense pain we were going through. Brother Khalid was so very helpful every step of the way, he facilitated such a painful experience. He responded to every call and every message, like I was the only person he was dealing with. He navigated us through the whole process prior and during the burial. I am so very grateful for this blessing despite the difficult times. I pray Allah continues to bless you all as you help others who will go through this process. Thank you very much.

Alhumdulilah the brothers working there are so patient and gentle and kind , mashallah , especially brother khalid was fantastic, he really made this difficult time for my family much easier, may Allah swt reward him, he helped us chose the best graves in the best location and his patience and expertise were a great help,

Burying a loved one is a stressful and overwhelming experience, it's something that no one ever enjoys doing. Thankfully, all the staff at Eternal Gardens are very respectful and are willing to help out in whatever way possible to make the burial as smooth as possible. I have also been very impressed with the love that they show to the deceased months after the burial has taken place; the team maintain the graves so that they are in a presentable state.

I would also like to give a shout out to Sayful Alam who has been a consistent friendly face everytime we visit. May Allah reward you for being there for us during the difficult period of burying my father. Thank you for going out of your way to help us acquire another plot near my father's grave, it is very much appreciated.

Eternal Gardens is a very peaceful, serene cemetery. I have attended burials there before but this time it was for my beloved Father. The booking was very easy via Muslim Funeral Services (also excellent) and Eternal Gardens had a plot ready the next day. The Brothers working there are very supportive and took over everything. We are very grateful to them all. I have had personal experience of meeting Brother Soyful who is a wonderful and caring Brother, working very hard in the cemetery.

I lost my still born babies and I had to go to them, Seif helped me with everything and supported Me ge was standing with me like my brother the location is excellent and wonderful Thank you Seif for making this as easy as possible!

The graves at Eternal Gardens are beautifully maintained and cared for by the staff and the area is always kept immaculate making it very peaceful and comfortable when visiting our Father. Imran has been a huge help in making the process of his passing manageable for our family, and has shown nothing but compassion, respect and attention with the graves as well as our family. We are extremely grateful to have our father buried in such a peaceful and beautiful environment with good people and we know he would be elated with the choice of resting place Alhamdulillah.

Eternal gardens certainly leaves up its name. Mashallah the gardens are maintained so well, it is clean, calm and very peaceful. I find coming to visit my mum a tranquil experience.
The staff are like family, they genuinely care. The brothers are helpful, informative and make every effort to look after each grave.
Brother Saif Ul Alam makes prayer with family and he and his son recently went out of their way to help lay flower bedding for my father who is buried in South West London. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and his prayers. Genuine heart felt thank you.
