Do not use this company! This is the worst experience with an online ticket company I have ever had. No one at the company is accountable. There are multiple levels of sellers that you can't reach. The tickets arrived after the date they specified. I had to spend a day trying to get the tickets, not knowing if they would be delivered. Awful experience!

Looked like the Met Opera site but charged me $121 for $37 tickets. be warned

Bought a ticket for the Nutcracker and credit card was charged and when asked for the e ticket 4 days before the event they said that they could not get the ticket. I was travelling for out of town and the Hotel and Air flight was a waste and no notification. No calls either. I did not know this was not the direct site as google search brought this up first.

I bought tickets for the New York City the Nutcracker performance at the David H Koch Theatre from e-TicketsBoxOffice in August for a show on Dec. &. I received my tickets via email and mobile message on dec 6th. Very convenient, etickets were scanned on my phone at the performance.

E-tickets box office is a secondary seller of tickets. You will often find less expensive and better seats at the primary venue. Unfortunately, they come up on a Google search as the top few listings for purchasing tickets from The Metropolitan Opera. Please be diligent and go directly to the venue web site before purchasing from E-tickets.

I purchased 10 tickets for the ballet the Nutcracker in New York. I was informed the etickets would be sent 5 days before the event. I called to see If I could receive them before. They informed for security reason there was a delay in the delivery. But after verifying my email and phone number the etickets were sent via email and mobile text message. The experience was easy and safe. Thank you for the discount code.

Ripped off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used to live in NYC and go to the ballet a lot, so I should have known better. But I got ripped off by this company big time. DO NOT buy from them! The tickets I got for ABT (6 of them) I could buy today for $97.00 and I paid $190.00 each when I bought them on e-TicketsBoxOffice.com. What a scam. When I called to see if I could get a refund they said, "No, they are clearly non-refundable." And so they are. SO BE SUPER CAREFUL. I hope this will alert others who are not used to this kind of price gauging to be wary and wait til the regular box office opens for sales. I am out $600.00, and the tickets are for donors of our little non profit in Maine that gets books to kids who don't have any. Shame on me for being so trusting and shame on e-Tickets for being so deceptive and greedy. I had no idea where these crummy seats were going to be when I bought them (We'll get you the best seats or comparable was their line) and they are in the worst part of Tier 2 by FAR!!! Disgusting really . . .

Over prized tickets. I’ve paid $117 for American Ballet Theatre: Romeo and Juliet. Saturday, July 13, 2024, 2:00 PM “a family circle seat” - ROW I SEAT 205. The original value is $30-40.
Orchestra Center only costs $92-200+ in Metropolitan Opera Theater. FRAUD! SCAM!

At the last minute (24 hrs before the performance), they sent an email saying that they had cancelled my tickets and refunded my money for the ballet. But this was well after travel plans had been made. An in fact, they did not refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent.

Stay far away from this company - they are cheating you to pay over prized tickets. I have just bought ticket for more than 3 times the original value because their homepage appears to be an original ticket place of the New York City Ballet. I paid $137 per ticket for tickets I could have bought easily for $40 at the original place. Naturally they claim that you find somewhere in the conditions that they are a resale market place. This is of course not directly visible on their page, which makes you believe the site is the original sales place, such you don't question if the ticket price is right. Furthermore, they have paid Google to get on top of the search for New York City Ballet.
All in all they cheated me into paying $548 for tickets worth $160.

Don't use them. Before they responded to my email to cancel my tickets, they checked my linkedin profile. That's certainly raised eyebrows amongst people. Not sure if they do that to everyone, or just select "certain" individuals. Then they won't honor the ticket available date under the IMPORTANT NOTE on the website, instead saying it will be released only prior to the start of the show. They say that's in the Terms of Service, which funnily enough, aren't readable after you buy the tickets. The phone support said they're just a call service, and can't do anything but email the company.

Well we got to see The Hours at The Met after all but the overall experience was odd.
On 12/1, I got a call from Jeff who said they would give us tickets in row U of the Orchestra for the same price as the uppermost tickets we had paid for and could I please redo my one star review. He wanted me to do it right then!
I said no, get me the tickets and then I’d consider it.
We got tickets but they had no Met Opera identification on them so we had low expectations.
But Hallelujah, they were indeed legit and we enjoyed the show.
So if you don’t mind an odd experience, sure, use these folks.
