I shop fairly regularly online with Ettinger and they demonstrate such a high level of customer service and quality of product that only a family run company can provide. Every purchase is a pleasure and when the items arrive they are wrapped and boxed with such care and attention to detail. Thanks to everyone there.

Superb customer service combined with a fabulous product (a customised orange sterling leather pill case, for my daughter)- what’s not to like?
Can’t praise them enough

I’ve purchased 2 flasks from Ettinger and both times the service has been outstanding. The product quality is superlative, the packaging is beautifully luxurious and the shipping very fast.

really nice leather products and helpful service

I bought 3 portfolios/pouches from Ettinger and couldn't be more pleased! The quality of the products and customer service are excellent! The Capra large portfolio has a luxurious fine grain texture, while the Sterling medium pouch has a wonderful touches of color. But perhaps the true standout is the medium bridle hide leather pouch with its soft, smooth texture that has such a refined feel to it.

I recently received a Capra Visiting Card case with tab as an early birthday present. I have wasted money over the years on designer wallets and card holders. This is without doubt the most exceptional card holder I have ever seen. The leather is exquisite and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is flawless. You can tell these have been made by artisans who take pride in their craft. The card holder came with a complimentary ticket holder, this simple product is better made than another designers flagship leather wallet! I can see why Ettinger has the reputation and royal warrant accordingly. The customer service was extremely professional, helpful and attentive. I think this brand has a customer for life. I was a bit concerned about buying something which I had not seen in the flesh but I needn’t have been, the purse is just glorious. The smooth leather has a deep shine and just oozes quality. I can’t stop touching it.

I have been an Ettinger customer for years. Everything I have bought has exceeded my expectations. Not only are their products exceptional but their customer service is the best. I was recently disappointed to find my favorite bridle hide bookmark no longer available.
Their rapid-response customer service suggested the Sterling one as a good option to satisfy my taste. The texture is a bit different than the bridle hide but not in a bad way. Like the other one it is very soft and tactile. Minimal decoration and no fringe. A beautiful product! I was able to get the color I wanted & the transaction was perfect. My new Sterling bookmark was purchased as a gift and I will be proud to give it. Ettinger, you continue to please. Thank you!!

I purchased a gorgeous wallet for my father for his 70th birthday and I had a hiccup with the website on the gift wrapping and they took care of it without even me questioning it. I have bought a number of items from Ettinger over the years and the quality has always been second to none. I most recently gifted their Cotswold weekend bag to my wife, which she absolutely loves. The customer service team were as always very helpful and responsive.

My husband has been wanting an Ettinger wallet for some time, and I recently purchased one for his birthday. Unbeknownst to me, he had just received a coupon for free shipping that morning, and sent it to me (probably as a hint!). I forwarded the email to customer service, hoping they would honor it after the fact, which they did. That says a lot about a company, and I have been impressed ever since.

After the wallet was shipped, they reached out to find out if he was happy with it. After he opened it today, I was very pleased to report that he absolutely loved it. It exceeded his expectations in every way. It truly is a beautifully crafted item.
