Stunning craftmanship, timeless yet understated design. Couldn't be happier with the product. Customer service easily the best I've ever experienced. Missed a sale by a few days, and upon request gave me a coupon for the sale price with no hesitation.

Excellent products from a heritage British brand. Having bought a number of items from Ettinger I have never been disappointed. The items exude quality and the whole product range is a class act. The customer service is always excellent and as such I will continue to be a returning customer.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a leather notebook cover, which arrived via DHL quickly. It was packaged well. A small item (a matching leather bookmark) was missing in the box and customer support dealt with it promptly the next day. Love the quality.
