Gute Auswahl, schneller Versand. Ich hatte u.a. ein Cap bestellt, wo das Kopfteil eine Delle hatte. Das kam davon, dass es zu eng verpackt wurde. Ich konnte es beheben, in dem ich es nass über Nacht auf einen Kleiderständer gehängt habe. Ansonsten in Summe eine gute Erfahrung mit tollen Produkten.

Hose entspricht der Passform, Stoff ist super strapazierfähig aber nicht zu dick passend für Sommer.

Ich finde den Aufbau des Menüs sehr übersichtlich und man kommt schnell zu seinem Produkt was einen interessiert oder nachsucht.
Bei mir war es eine Hose. Dafür das ich zum ersten Mal auf der Seite war habe ich schnell meine Auswahl gefunden. Die Größentabelle ist sehr gut.
Eine kleine konstruktive Kritik es sollte etwas besser hervorgehoben werden das der Kunde auf die Größentabelle schauen muss damit man die richtige Größe bestellt.
Ansonsten rundherum zufrieden. Wird nicht das letzte Mal sein dass ich dort bestelle.

Wie gewohnt war vom Bestellablauf bis zur Lieferung alles hervorragend.
Die Produkte sind wie beschrieben und haben, wie ich es von Carhartt-Artikel gewohnt bin, haben sie eine sehr gute Qualität und lassen sich angenehm tragen.

Ben zeer tevreden over de vlotte levering en de communicatie daar over. Over de kwaliteit van het product kan ik nog niet veel meer zeggen dan dat het er netjes afgewerkt uitziet en stof een stevige indruk maakt. Heb er het volste vertrouwen in dat de praktijk prima zal voldoen

Warning: Dye Transfer Issue – Poor Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Carhartt jeans through a well-known retailer, and the dye from the jeans transferred onto two of my other garments, permanently damaging them.

I contacted both Carhartt and the retailer, expecting a straightforward resolution, but ended up caught between the two — with neither taking real responsibility. The lack of support and accountability from both brands has been incredibly disappointing.

If you’re considering buying these jeans, be cautious — the dye can ruin your other clothes. I expected better from such reputable names, and unless this is resolved properly, I won’t be shopping from either again.

I placed an order for an item, but due to issues, I never received it. I was refunded and received an apology email, which included a 20% voucher to encourage me to give them another chance. The voucher had no expiration date listed—only a note saying I could use it on my next purchase if I chose to try again. I didn't complain or provide feedback because I appreciated how they handled the situation.

However, when I went to place another order, I found the voucher had expired. I contacted live chat and was told on Monday that they'd reissue the voucher, and I should receive it by Thursday at the latest. When Thursday came and went without the code, I reached out again on live chat and was told they would email me the voucher. Instead, I received an email stating the voucher had expired and offering me just a 10% discount instead.

At this point, I was frustrated. I had waited for several days, chased multiple times, and got nowhere. Nowhere in the original communication did it mention a one-month expiration date, and the voucher was supposed to be a gesture of goodwill, not a burden. I reached out once more via live chat as I had not received a response to my previous email, and once again, I was told they needed to request the voucher, even though I had been speaking with the same person (Gemma) since Monday.

The entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and based on this service, I won’t be shopping with them again.
