When we went to the airport, we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to pick us up. On the way back, the experience was even worse — we had to wait 30 minutes in heavy rain. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Nothing worked.
The staff could only speak spanish and was not helpful at all.
They did not show up as we had agreed.
I will not park with you again!!!

excellent experience. large parking spaces, clean area, friendly staff and competitive prices. booking process was easy. located right in front of Gerona airport main building. thank you

Sprawnie, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Będę ponownie

Smooth and flawless, with a very kind and smiling gentleman welcoming us at the counter. I will use their service again!

Everything worked smooth - as described in the offer.

No support bad communication

Un parcage très pratique et sécurisé avec même un petit message rassurant et drôle en milieu de séjour... Parfait.

Good communication and very friendly staff. Everything went smoothly.

Parking very near the airport. Shuttle transport was great. Price was very good. Highly recomended.

Terrible experience.
I was called at 5:30 in the morning asking where I was, even though I had clearly said that I would arrive at the parking lot at 7:30. At 6:30, I was called again and had to repeat the same thing.
When I arrived at the agreed time, I had to wait around one hour. When I pointed out the delay, instead of receiving an apology, I was shouted at and treated in a completely unprofessional manner. He even started making a scene with my luggage, saying he would take it out of the car, that he did not need me as a customer, and that I should find another parking service.
After we finally left, we were told that the car had to be parked on the 6th floor, otherwise it could be towed away. Because of this, I spent part of the first days of my holiday sending emails and contacting the building management to clarify the situation. In the end, I found out that the 6th-floor rule only applies during winter, exactly as stated in the contract.
On the return trip, the same story again: around one hour waiting at the airport parking lot.
Delays, chaotic communication and an attitude towards customers that I consider completely unacceptable.
For me, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with an airport parking and transfer service.
I do not recommend this company.

Great parking near Schiphol, fast bus connection(line 300) in just 15 minutes. Fully satisfied, will definitely use again.

Excellent service !!! Top notch will use again in the future

Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Good instructions and went smoothly

Excellent, thanks

Very friendly and well organized

No one pick up the call we are waiting 1 hr in the airport so bad services

Let's be clear it is just a piece of land where you can park your car. Nothing special!
However on our return after 12 days we realized that we had a flat tyre. The service in the beginning of HALIM was seriously amazing! Really oustanding, his colleagues were also great afterwards. As HALIM said we are not only there when everything goes well! Thanks for this nowadays unique approach to customer service! Will book again in 2027!! Once again thanks for the unexpected great service from HALIM and the whole team.

Just few hours before getting to the parking lot we've got email that says we have to park in another parking lot named Premier without any explanation. And disaster has begin. Horrible lot to park the car. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get in the van and leave to the airport. Parking lot is not that far from the airport of Charleroi so that was ok. Upon return we had to wait for one hour for driver to brings us to parking lot Premier. In meanwhile when we were waiting for this one to arrived came shuttle of Fast park and guy said he doesnt know and he can not help. Fast park for sure never ever anymore. If you dont have enough personal to run the business, just simply close it.
