At the parking, the crew asked for a price increasedue to the size of the car. Even if in the rules such kind of car was included among the standard categories (SUV/big car4/5 places) also Parkos customer service didn't support me on that. Very disappointed

Everything was good from the beginning, when i arrive to the parking garage they were already expecting me and when i came back, i had to wait the 20 minutes they say I should wait before the shuttle arrived. Drivers were polite and they drove me safe.

My patience is running exceptionally low. I left my car with a specific mileage, but upon picking it up, I discovered an extra 50 kilometers on the odometer. The expected round-trip distance from Eindhoven is only 19 kilometers, which means someone took my vehicle on an unauthorized drive. Furthermore, every single angle, distance, and height adjustment of the driver's seat had been completely altered. The radio channels were changed, and the audio was playing at an unacceptably high, blasting volume.

The interior was left completely trashed, and it took me two hours to clean my car. The lingering smell inside was unacceptable, and the exterior was covered in grime and dirt from being parked somewhere in a swamp. Paying nearly 300 euros for this level of service is ridiculous. When you trust a parking provider, you expect your car to be kept in relative safety—not used as a personal loaner vehicle by the staff for joyrides, music testing, and neglect. This is my private property, and this treatment is completely unacceptable.

When we went to the airport, we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to pick us up. On the way back, the experience was even worse — we had to wait 30 minutes in heavy rain. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Nothing worked.
The staff could only speak spanish and was not helpful at all.
They did not show up as we had agreed.
I will not park with you again!!!
