apart from Pickup Service and their Priotitizing, everything went well for me. For the Pickup i had to wait more than 30 min and 2 Rounds of Pickup they Skipped me and didn't even responded in Respectful way.

Największym atutem tego miejsca jest fantastyczna lokalizacja – parking znajduje się dosłownie minutę drogi piechotą od terminala lotniska w Pescarze. Nie trzeba marnować czasu na czekanie na żadne transfery ani autobusy wahadłowe; po prostu zostawiasz auto i przechodzisz na lotnisko.
Sam plac jest w pełni ogrodzony, świetnie oświetlony i objęty monitoringiem, dzięki czemu mogłem podróżować ze spokojną głową. Procedura wjazdu i wyjazdu dzięki automatycznej bramie działa bez zarzutu przez całą dobę. Do tego wszystkiego ceny są bardzo atrakcyjne w porównaniu z parkingiem oficjalnym
Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i elastyczna. Na pewno wrócę tu przy kolejnym wylocie z Abruzji! 🌟

Peu après notre arrivée le 25/08 vers 4.25 heures, notre Shuttle nous a pris en charge. 10 minutes plus tard nous avons été déposé par notre conducteur très attentif au point de rendez-vous à l’aéroport. À notre retour le 30 août vers 18 heures: même surprise!
Deuxième expérience tout à fait correcte!!! À la prochaine.

As always good service!

Easy booking, clear instructions, smooth and professional service on arrival and departure. Simple procedure upon return to contact parking through automated service and fast pick-up. Additional advantage is that parking is closer to motorway direction Belgium avoiding congestion around Eindhoven ring.

Reservei no parking Aparca y Vuela Bajo Coste. Horrível. Quando cheguei estive mais de 40 minutos a ligar, ninguém me atendia o telefone. Só quando liguei para a linha de reservas é que me atenderam o telefone. Quando chegaram perguntei porque não me atendiam a chamada, fui completamente ignorada, o funcionario calou-se e virou-me costas. Não teve o mínimo de respeito. Eu até podia esperar uma hora pela recolha, mas atendia o telefone e pedia-me para esperar, era o mínimo aceitável, desta forma o funcionario foi arrogante, prepotente e mal educado, não se dignou sequer a justificar-se. Quando chegamos pediu-me para pagar o valor do parking quando eu ja tinha pago no ato da reserva. Nunca mais irei reservar neste parking. Falta de respeito pelos clientes.

This time around I did not get a call from PARKOA about 30 min before drop off, as I usually do, 10 min out I called and the agent said it will not be possible to meet me as scheduled since I did not call 30 min prior. Well, that was not a good way to start a trip, as I was lectured by the agent who showed up 10 minutes late.
Upon my return, I received a call just after landing, but with 2 checked bags, it took me another 15 minutes to walk out and call. It took 10-15 minutes for the agent to show up and he drove right pass me, as I was waiving at him, standing next to several empty parking spots, and went to park a block and a half away and watched me drag my 2 check bags all the way to the car. He did not assist me with loading the bags into the trunk. As a matter fact, he looked as if he would rather be anywhere else, doing anything else, then bringing me my car!
The service seems to be degrading with the hiring of individuals who just don't get it. This is a customer forward business and there is plenty of competition for people to go elsewhere. At my advanced age, I appreciate getting assistance from a valet service and tip very appropriately, when I receive the service. The sooner those new employees get the proper training and guidance, the better it will be for us, the general public who pay there salaries.

Geen shuttle bij vertrek en zeker niet bij terugkomst . Parking ok maar geen service taxi's 35€ per rit schandalig nooit meer puut bedrog. Alles bij elkaar was even duur dan op de luchthaven.!!!!

They didn’t talked any language, other than Italien. I think for an airport service it should be necessary. Also they weren’t friendly at all. The shuttle to the airport was really bad, the driver not supossed to be in the roads at all. Cherry on top they scratched my car, but they claimed it was already there, and since they don’t speak any language i had to leave it like that. Never again

Dla mnie ta firma wszystko idealnie ! Byli na czas, świetny kontakt telefoniczny. Jedyny minus to stan toalety ale tylko problem był o 23:00 (klienci natrudzili, a pewnie serwis przyjeżdża tylko rano) dla mnie 5 gwiazdek !

Making a reservation was easy and the responsiveness of the staff was great. When we called to be picked up we got a ride to the parking lot within 15 minutes. Great service.

Very well organised. I did not have to wait for a long time. Instructions were clear.

We had to wait for someone to leave the car even if we came on time. Pick up from the airport was ok, easy to find.
