We park in FRA Airport for 23 days and paid for Wash and Electric Charge. When we got back from our trip car was not charge and when we received it, car was clean inside but not outside. They gave us back the Euro 50 for the electric charge but was not the idea. You should charge car several days before arrival and wash it the day before arrival that way car will be ready for clients.

Timely and very friendly. Just remember that if your departure is delayed, let them know so they can accommodate the change (you aren't their only customer). I made this mistake and had to wait at a rest stop by the airport but they were very helpful and understanding.

We waited, together with other people, almost 1 hour, to be picked up. Having subscribed the correct way.
There was only 1 driver ( in overdrive, but friendly!) and 1 small bus (for about 7 pers), while there were far much more customers waiting.
The communication was from Paros was very bad. No explanation that ‘Parkos’ was not written on the busses. We didn ‘t know in the beginning whom to address to.
And this after already waiting half an hour before realising that we phoned with the wrong mobile. And after realising that our call to the automatic call centre was not responded. But ok, that was our fault not having read the mail with instructions.
Anyway, our last time with Parkos!

We left car in Frankfurt for 90 days.
Price was friendly to compare another solutions.
They pick up our car next to gate (hall) on airplane. We had two dogs with us, so we have not to take some next cup or train. Plus we got lot of stuff + cages for dogs.
Cages ware permited by airlines so we had left them in our car and buy another two.
These two we left in our cars, so driver had to come back for cages, set them into our car and go to parking again.
No plus fee for this support!

Parkos itself seems alright. The booking process went well and all of the electronics proceeded smoothly. The operator on the ground (FlugParkDus) had us listed in their app. The problem was the quality of the parking lot (an abandoned gravel and grass lot behind a Mercedes dealer, nowhere near the airport) and the hour it took for the driver to pick us up on the return, despite two phone calls. The van wasn‘t identified and drove off without us at least once. The driver was on the phone (hands-free, but still) for about half the drive. The slots marked out on the dirt of the parking lot were so narrow that our car had been dented by the neighbour or neighbours during our stay. Never again will I book this particular parking lot.

I arrived to park my car for 1 night! All staff were not very happy and not 1 smile was noticed!!!
I proceeded to check in only to be told that they close at 21:15 and it was my choice of if I decided to park there as my flight arrived the following night at 20:40 and if I didn’t make it I would have to collect my car the following day.
I tried to call the relevant number (all in Spanish) the lady serving me translated and said no refund it’s your choice if you want to keep the booking. If you don’t the place next door is open 24 hours… I walked out, went next door paid an additional 22€ for 1 night parking! With this 22€ and the cost of this booking it cost me 35€ to park for 1 night.

Todo perfecto, quedé muy satisfecho con el servicio. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Contraté el servicio de recogida y entrega del coche en el aeropuerto. El conductor llegó muy rápido: después de llamarnos, estuvo allí en unos 10 minutos, recogió el coche y se lo llevó.

A la vuelta, después de recoger las maletas, llamamos y otro conductor vino rápidamente al aeropuerto y nos trajo el coche directamente. Simplemente me subí y me fui.

Es muy cómodo, todo está muy bien organizado y, sobre todo, no pierdes nada de tiempo esperando o buscando el coche. Sin duda, volveré a utilizar el servicio.

Car Drop-off: Even though we had arrived at the correct time, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to pick up the car.
Car Pick-up: Despite knowing our flight details and arrival time, we still had to wait about 45 minutes after collecting our luggage.

Convenient, fast, good value-for-money. A bit difficult to find. Smooth process for both booking and actual departure/return.

OK ved aflevering af bilen ved afrejse. Man skal dog være risikovillig i forhold til hvor bilen er parkeret. Ved hjemkomst var det noget besværligt at finde taxaen der skulle køre os til parkeringspladsen.

Service with no problems. Shuttle is available soon when you arrive. They process your delivery quickly. The shuttle also comes pretty quick after we arrive at the airport in the designated place. We have used this parking multiple times now and all worked well.

Reserved valet parking, but ended up almost missing my flight. I called 30 minutes before I arrived as instructed but the man didn't speak English. No problem but he indicated he would call me back. He did not. I arrived at the airport and called. He said he would be there in 20 minutes. He was not. I called again and he said 10 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later he arrives. He then proceeded to make me pay for the ticket since I had been in the drop off area for longer than the 10 minutes that are allowed for free.

Pick up went much more smoothly but never again will I use this company. I paid extra for valet parking to reduce the travel stress and save time and this company ended up making it so much worse.

De dienstverlening rondom het brengen en ophalen van mijn auto bij de luchthaven was goed. Helaas heb ik later moeten constateren dat al het muntgeld uit mijn auto is verdwenen en dat er met de inhoud van het dashboardkastje en andere persoonlijke spullen is geknoeid.
Dit was een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik adviseer andere klanten om geen geld of waardevolle spullen in de auto achter te laten wanneer deze bij de parking wordt afgegeven.

Seamless booking process and the agent was extremely flexible in assisting us to the location and answering our questions. However, I was expecting to have a reserved covered parking space and I did not. I end up having to park on the extreme top level with my vehicle exposed to the elements.

If you want convenience within 20 min drive to airport, plan accordingly, as it will take you 15-20 min simply to find a parking space within the garage.

Easy drop off. Fast shuttle to the airport. On the pickup the shuttlebus was already waiting. Good value for money.

Only reason not to give 5 stars is because when I arrived to drop off my car there was not one at the check in counter and I had to wait about 10 min for someone to come help me. Otherwise everything went great and drive to/from the airport was smooth.
