All went ok, only on return I have to wait almost 1 hour for pick up.

Clear and real experience

Everything was great. I recomeend it.

Easy Parking and very close to the airport.
At arrival at the airport, they were easy to get in touch with, and a Quick pickup back to my car.

Perfect experience , Parkos provided clear instructions , they were waiting in Lux to take my car , when i returned car was outside got updates during the trip video of car taken on collection

Affordable parking lot with close proximity to the airport. Friendly and responsive personnel.

Het parkeren in de q park garage ging prima evenals het in en uitrijden. De gratis bus echter niet. In de bus herkennen ze de qr code niet en weten ook niets van Parkos en gratis vervoer naar Schiphol. Op zich op te lossen door gewoon in te checken met je telefoon maar niet was er is beloofd.

Great all round service.
Very good communication from Parkos in the first place and then from the courier.
Didn't have to wait too long for the car to be picked up or returned.
What really made it easy for me was the fact as an Englishman living in France the language can be a problem. Both the couriers were able to speak a little English for me to make the process much easier. Thank you Melanie and Dylan.
This is the second time i have used Parkos and will be again in the future.

Easy booking. Good communication. Drive to airport only a few minutes. Simple instructions given for return. Only waited a short time on our return for the minibus to arrive to take us back to pick up car. Excellent service.

Easy & efficient check in & pick up at Dusseldorf airport through FlyPa The bus transfer took less than 5 minutes. Price was good based versus the official parking lots. Only small minus points was the driver must have been huge as I’m over 6ft and when I picked up the car I felt like I was laying down in the back seat! Also the car must have been parked under something as it had a lot of bird droppings on it (not good for the paintwork … )

1 star – Car damaged during parking, no response from customer service

I booked Well Parking Orio (Paga online) through Parkos for the period from 24 August to 2 September 2026.

When I collected my car, I immediately noticed a deep scratch on the right front door, which was not there before I left the car at the parking facility. I have photographs from before the parking period showing the car without this damage.

I reported the damage immediately to the parking staff. They inspected the car, acknowledged that the scratch was deep and could not be repaired on the spot, and we completed an official damage report with my details and the details of the vehicle.

I was told that they would check the CCTV recordings and contact me within a few days.

Unfortunately, after waiting, I had to contact them myself. I have now sent two follow-up emails, and I have received no response whatsoever.

I find this extremely disappointing. The damage occurred while my car was in their parking facility, I reported it immediately, I provided photographic evidence, and the staff themselves told me that they would investigate the CCTV footage. Despite this, I have received no update and no meaningful communication.

I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, proper handling of a damage claim.

I hope they will finally respond and resolve this matter appropriately.

The airport parking I booked was not at the address provided in the confirmation. When I did get there they wanted my car key, despite my having set the filter for only car parking where I could keep my key. I did keep it but they weren’t happy. The transport to & from airport wasn’t good as the driver drove very fast & didn’t stop for speed bumps. I will not use this car park again.

Everything was great and very simple, the staff was very friendly, the prices are reasonable and the shuttle service is well organized, didn't have to wait long for it to arrive and when we landed it was already on the way. I would definitely recommend.

Always very happy to use the services of Parkos. Everything goes really quick and on time. Using this ebery time I need to leave my car around the airport when flying somewhere. Locations for car drop-offs and pick-ups are super convenient and close to airports. Valley service is also great quality. Never had any issues with the car when left in their care.

The Parkos website was great - everything regarding the reservation was easy and worked well. But “Safe Parking” was not the best. The ground isn’t paved and had lots of potholes, people did not park responsibly. And the car seemed like it was dented when we picked it up. Besides that
