The Parkos website was great - everything regarding the reservation was easy and worked well. But “Safe Parking” was not the best. The ground isn’t paved and had lots of potholes, people did not park responsibly. And the car seemed like it was dented when we picked it up. Besides that

it is already the 4th time I use this parking and as always I got a great service, differently form other parkings they offer a covered place, really close to the airport, and the personnel is really nice and professional.

Everyrhing good, good place for park

The shuttle to airport was not on time.

Good communication - short waiting time 😊

All in time. The process works smoothly. Nice personal aswell

Bad communication. Came too late to Departure. My battery was dead when I came back, probably they left on the light! Made me pay an extra charge because I apparently called to late on my Arrival, which is not true, because they didn't pick up several times! Had to pay parking fee, because the starting help came too late. Sevilla Parkos for me wasn't a good experience, sorry!

Overall a very good experience, although it could have been useful to share in advance our flight information, terminal, place to meet etc. To call 30 minutes before to confirm is tricky when driving!
Polite staff, reasonable price and such a time saver - I would definitely use this service again.

Great platform for me to compare and select the service provider! Easy to use and the follow up information was sufficient.

Although i booked on relatively short notice the price was good. Truly short distance to Terminal 1 (slightly further from Terminal 2 but not too bad).
Clean, well kept, roofed parking with automatic license recognition. Great communication throughout

There was a crack in my front windshield that was not there when the car was taken. Told to send an email about it but they did not respond.

Easy check in and check out, safe and convenient parking direct at the terminal. Spacious parking slots, enough to fit a SUV, and easy to navigate. Made my trip much better.

Excelent customer oriented, fair, true and absolutely hassle free

Hoewel in de advertentie stond dat er een pendeldienst was, was die er niet op de terugweg. We zijn met een taxi bij onze auto gekomen.

My experience with Easy Parking was it was efficient to book efficient transit between parking location and airport and car was ready when i came back. will definitely use again

I want to start by saying that the drop-off and pick up process for my vehicle went very smoothly. The valet driver did an incredible job of communicating what was needed, and was very patient with me when I got lost initially dropping off the vehicle and also when my plane was delayed during the pick up process. I would give the service a five stars except for the fact that I had paid for an interior and exterior wash service and when I received my vehicle, the wash was not completed. The Valet driver told me when I picked up my vehicle that I would get a refund on the wash since it was not able to be done, however it has been over a week and I have still not received my refund. I sent an email to Parkos and they have been working it on my behalf.

Easy booking process and good communication. They were well organised and had our car ready on return. The only thing I'd say is it was a bit of a walk to the terminal and back to the meeting place for pick up on extremely hot days. Otherwise everything was well co-ordinated. Will definitely use again. Thankyou
