Called the Eurocamp team on a couple of occasions, in relation to a propsed booking. I found them to be helpful, friendly and informative.

The guidance & instructions during the booking process was easily followed. After making a few adjustments I found it easy to cancel & restart my booking with ease.

Great to deal with.

I have been dealing with Eurocamp for many years and have found the staff to be really professional, courteous and extremely helpful if any problem arose. I believe Eurocamp is very trustworthy.

Website is easy to use

Website is easy to use. Total price is calculated & then a nice little unexpected discount was applied at the end. Very straightforward booking system. I used to use another company but had a really bad experience with the on a campsite so I switched to eurocamp a few years ago & I can’t fault them.

Negligent unprofessional campsite

We booked through Eurocamp and stayed at Camping Le Ruisseau in Bidart. During our stay the campsite’s maintenance team damaged our rental car and accepted responsibility in writing. Nearly three years later the issue is still unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact the campsite. We feel completely let down and extremely disappointed. How can a business operate in such a negligent unprofessional way.

We are incredibly sorry to hear about this ongoing frustration. It is completely understandable that you feel let down; three years is a very long time to wait for a resolution, especially when responsibility was accepted at the time by Le Ruisseau's own maintenance team.

We've fully paid for our accommodation


We've fully paid for our accommodation a few weeks ago, only to be advised yesterday that it's no longer available? How can you sell accommodation that doesn't exist??? Poor experience before we even get there. We received a small refund, but it doesn't help our disappointment.

We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused by this change. We know how much planning goes into a family holiday and how unsettling it is when your chosen accommodation becomes unavailable after your booking is confirmed.

While we always aim for a seamless experience, rare and unforeseen circumstances occasionally mean we have to make adjustments. That said, we are confident you will have an incredible time at Union Lido Mare, it is a truly fantastic parc with so much to offer you and your family.

Very efficient booking and payment

Very efficient booking and payment. The campsite was lovely, the cabin was clean but pretty cramped for a 'bigger' one!
