Europecar レビュー 

Sadly excellent car but pressurised into buying extra cover despite having extra insurance from the UK. Told at the desk my insurance wasn’t enough due to it being a new car. Have checked my UK additional insurance policy and my cover was appropriate. Formal complaint coming.

I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Europcar – and especially to their employee, Dimarelli Charalampia.

From beginning to end, I experienced truly outstanding service. Dimarelli was not only professional, but also incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. What really stood out to me was that he went out of his way to help me with my unbelievably heavy luggage – something he was absolutely not obligated to do.

That kind of extra effort and genuine care is rare and truly deserves recognition. It made my entire experience much easier and far more pleasant.

I am extremely grateful and can highly recommend Europcar – especially if you are lucky enough to be assisted by Dimarelli Charalampia.

Thank you so much for an experience beyond expectations!

Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω τις ειλικρινείς και θερμές μου ευχαριστίες προς την Europcar – και ιδιαίτερα προς τον υπάλληλο Dimarelli Charalampia.

Από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος, η εξυπηρέτηση που έλαβα ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Ο Dimarelli δεν ήταν μόνο επαγγελματίας, αλλά και ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε περισσότερο ήταν ότι προσφέρθηκε αυθόρμητα να με βοηθήσει με τις απίστευτα βαριές αποσκευές μου – κάτι που δεν ήταν καθόλου υποχρεωμένος να κάνει.

Μια τέτοια επιπλέον προσπάθεια και ανθρώπινη φροντίδα είναι σπάνια και αξίζει πραγματικά αναγνώριση. Έκανε όλη την εμπειρία μου πολύ πιο εύκολη και ευχάριστη.

Είμαι εξαιρετικά ευγνώμων και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την Europcar – ειδικά αν είστε αρκετά τυχεροί να σας εξυπηρετήσει ο Dimarelli Charalampia.

The Mercedes we hired in August broke down within 2 hrs of driving. Had to pay €1600 excess to have replacement pending an exam to prove we didn't abuse it! Car just went into limp mode. Was told that would take around 5 days. That was end of August, its now October and email to head office and numerous calls still not being given a result or the money back! Being given the run around with nobody taking any responsibility!
