Ordered a replacement light unit for my


Ordered a replacement light unit for my vauxhall corsa 3 door. The unit was delivered promptly and was well packaged to prevent damage during delivery. Very pleased with customer service also. Cannot fault them. Excellent rating given.

Excellent service

Excellent service, emailed a question about a light fitting for my Land Rover discovery and received a quick response.
Ordered online and it was with me with in 4 days.
Would definitely use again.

Fog light I bought arrived well


Fog light I bought arrived well packaged. My issue is that they added in the shipping cost with the item value for customs costs which resulted in me paying more for customs clearance.

Thank you for leaving your thoughts.

As the UK are now not within the EU, many items now have additional duties in customs in order for them to be sent to the buyer. I am sorry that you were expecting to pay less for the shipping, but we need to provide all details when issuing customs clearance invoices. We cannot control the additional costs that are charged during customs by the Irish government

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. They sent me a faulty fog light where the reflector was rattling around inside the unit. This is a sealed unit except for the small hole for the bulb to pass through. Looking through the hole you could see that the reflector was not attached to the adjustment screws and was moving around inside.

I reported it and was asked to send a photo of the fault. Even though I explained the fault was inside the unit and could not be photographed, they were insistent that they wanted a photo.

It seems that your word is not good enough and they think their customer are liars.

I've now sent a photo of the light (not that it shows anything) and am awaiting a returns label and expect a full refund.

I wouldn't buy from this company. They treat their customers with contempt and do not appear to be very bright.

I am sorry to hear that this was the perception of our company, we were not questioning whether what you are saying was true but were trying to understand what had happened.

Our Warehouse teams always check to ensure that your product in perfect condition prior to dispatch. We always try our best to ensure that your order is packaged sufficiently with enough protection to prevent damages. I am sorry to hear that on this occasion it was damaged within transit. 

We require photos when this happens in order to report the instance to our couriers and make them aware of the damages.
