Ordered replacement outer tail light on 07/11/2022 for my car as outer case was broken. Received email saying that order is on hold as they need to verify information, which is fine, shows the security procedure is working effectively. Spoke to Katie, lovely lady who assisted me and once I confirmed information to verify, order was placed back into processing, Unfortunately I was informed the light was damaged when they were packing and it was the last one, however they would be receiving new stock by 09/11/2022. The following day on 08/11/2022 i received an email that it had been dispatched by DPD and it arrived on 09/11/2022. I can't fault the service received to be honest, Katie was excellent with the punctual updates and answered all questions. My only negative point would be the amount of time you have to hold if you call. But I guess they are very busy. Prices are competitive and the part was original, packaged well, so, overall happy.

The replacement front fog light for my VW UP was half the OEM quoted price and fits perfectly. I am now considering changing the other side to match the clarity of the new unit. Very quick delivery and I will be using them again...

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a rear light for my car on 06/10/22 & made the payment by Credit Card. I was then told the light was damaged and was the last one in stock so they would refund me.

I received a refund email on 07/10/22 to say it would be refunded to my card within 3 working days. They use Paypal for their Credit Card payments who apparently processed the refund as an echeque, why is beyond me, I paid by card.

It is now 24/10/22 and the money has still not been refunded to my Credit Card, I have now had to instigate a section 75 claim with my credit card provider as the goods or the refund have not been received.

Customer services just keep repeating that the refund has been processed - it hasn't.

Ordered through eBay then contacted direct by Eurowagen to ensure I had ordered correctly. I was advised that there would be additional freight costs and could cancel with a full refund. Once confirmed despatch was quick and delivery time beyond all expectations. Well done.

I've ordered a mirror indicator led light. Arrived on time. Will buy from Eurowagens again.

Ordered a part for next day delivery 9 days ago, Eurowagens refuse to send a replacement or refund as they 'cannot see why it's delayed'. It's lost, that's obvious. Shocking customer service.

I was a bit skeptical about buying from Eurowagens at first, but went ahead and purchased from them. Got the order in a few days, i can say was fast. The item itself is very high quality, it fits my vehicle as good or better than the manufacture's one. I recommend Eurowagens to anyone looking to replace some of their vehicle stock car parts to aftermarket.

And received two right hand side ones.

No complaints about the light fixture itself - quick delivery, product as described.

The only complaint would be that it wasn't until the parcel arrived with a sticker on the box that I found out the 12 month warranty is invalid unless you get a 'qualified mechanic' to fit it and have a receipt, which is utter nonsense. Don't sell to members of the public if you are going to invalidate their warranty for having the audacity to be able to change the light fitting themselves - which I have done perfectly well. If the light should now fail within a few months you will refuse to replace because I fitted it myself.
