We handle between 110 and 160 bookings every weekend with a 97% attendance rate. In the rare instance where we’re unable to provide an entertainer, we take full responsibility and always put things right — no question.

But if a customer cancels on the same day, while we’re still actively working to fulfil the booking, that’s treated very differently. We’re always upfront about that, as it’s clearly outlined during the booking process.

We’re not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong — and when we do, we own it.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience a cancellation on the morning of your hen do. We are sincerely sorry that your plans were disrupted—that is never the outcome we want for anyone. While we handle around 110 to 160 bookings each weekend with approximately a 97% attendance rate in West Midlands, the small percentage that do get cancelled are almost always due to illness or last-minute personal reasons by the entertainer.

We’re definitely not perfect, and we admit we occasionally get things wrong. However, we want to be absolutely clear—this is not a scam. We are a registered business with hundreds of verified customer reviews, and our team works incredibly hard to ensure successful events. After reviewing all your communications with the entertainer, it appears he was simply offering an extended service for an additional fee.

Please note that the standard service includes only what is listed on the website. Any additional services would require extra payment.

We tried to change the time to 1pm, but since that didn’t work for you, we unfortunately had no option but to cancel the booking. We acknowledge that entertainers can sometimes face unexpected issues such as illness hence why we may have tried to attempt to get another entertainer at a different time (as they might have been booked at the time you originally booked)

We also offer other services similar (handcuffed related) but completely understand that you did not want to proceed with this.
