We strive to ensure that all our entertainers are available as requested, but occasionally, unforeseen illnesses can affect availability. In some rural areas, we have a higher cancellation rate due to the limited number of entertainers.

Our goal is to provide alternative solutions in such situations, though I understand that a stripper was not a suitable replacement for your event. It is our responsibility to communicate any changes or delays effectively, and I regret it seems this was not your experience.

Please note, we do not operate scams - when you select an alternative which we give you the options either to cancel with a full refund or proceed with another option. However, if you proceed with another option then cancel you would not receive a refund as all terms are transferred over.

Our entertainers depend heavily on scheduled bookings to organise their availability for events. Consequently, should a booking be cancelled, especially close to the event date, we are obligated to compensate our entertainers. As they are self-employed, they rely on these commitments to support their livelihood, primarily through weekend bookings.
