Highly recommend this company they were very accommodating for what we wanted ,very pleased with the outcome of our gazebo ,great quality and value. Thank you.

First time using Event Branding. I had a very limited timeframe to get a high level event designed and arranged. Due to a long approval process from partners, the turnaround for the event itself was even tighter, 2 weeks. EB went above and beyond and got us our full light box kit sorted and despatched within a week with plenty of time to spare for a test build and to orient the team on construction. The units themselves were high quality and very easy and intuitive to put together.

When ordering a feather flag, Event branding were very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The flag itself is amazing quality and I’m very pleased with how it turned out. It arrived in good time too.

Really let us down for the event.
We order a new gazebo with the company knowing we had an event for a certain date. They didn’t arrive in time after confirming they would and we had no gazebo for the event.
We have paid over £1000 for an item that we couldn’t use

Great service , very speedy delivery

I purchased a pop up banner from Event Branding for my business. Having purchased numerous banners before, EB’s are a level above the rest. The quality, the design, the communication and efficiency delivery and the entire operation are the best in the business. Would highly recommend.

Big is not always best
We used this amazing company for the branding for our sicilian vineyard collaboration. It is incredibly windy on top of a hill in sicilly even in the summer and Tempretures can get up to 42 degrees
The quality of this companies products was exceptional.They worked hard to get help us achieve our brand colours and the delivery times were excellent Highly recommended

Based on the reviews, I almost didnt order from this company but I am glad that I did.
The team were quick to respond, were happy to go back and forth with me to accommodate various design changes. My main concern was the timeline, needing the marquee for a set date and it has arrived a week earlier than expected. Although I havent tested it outside, i have no concerns, the material is thick and good quality and looks very smart, I am really pleased with it.

Fantastic Experience – Top Quality Gazebo and Excellent Service

I recently purchased a 6m by 3m Gazebo and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect.

I was dealing with Sean, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with every single aspect of the purchase. Whether it was answering my questions, giving advice, or making sure everything arrived on time – Sean was there every step of the way.

The Gazebo itself is brilliant – strong, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. It arrived on schedule and in perfect condition.

Highly recommend both the product and the customer service. Big thanks to Sean for making the whole process so smooth!

Team were so helpful over the phone and via email, couldnt do enough for me and my business, needed an express production as i left ot a bit late to get it sorted, felt like EventBranding UK went above and beyond to get my gazebo, flags and table cloth to me in time for my event. Thank you to everyone who helped get my Gazebo, ill post some pictures when its all set up.

All they do is lie to you after missing deadlines that they said was possible. Once you query about this they ignore you. DO NOT USE if you need something quickly as they will let you down and won’t care about you or your business.

I am very happy with all the products that I have ordered. The service through out the purchases was great.
I recently had to contact them with a problem and their after sales service is outstanding, something that does not happen much now days.
I would Particularly like to mention Sean for his efficient, and friendly help, which was solved within 24hrs.

The first part of the service was very good, the design was as made promptly, however it terms of receiving the goods, I still haven’t received them after 2.5 weeks of the payment being made. Finally today I received a parcel force notification only today after 16 days.

When I contacted the customer service, they kept repeating “the product has been dispatched today” on 9th May and then again 12 May. One stated that it would take a week then the other stated 24 hours.
I made several attempts to call them but no one was answering. Most design companies are able to get the item out in 48 hours in the UK so 7-10 working days seems very long considering they are based in Wales.

When you pay £160 for a product you expect more for your money.

My flag arrived last week. I didn’t realise that I needed to order a base and to order the base they add another £15 onto delivery which will then take over 10 days. When I asked them if they could make the delivery cheaper, they ignored my email.i also noticed that the flag material creased very easily which doesn’t look great for a professional business like mine.
The lettering on my flag also appears to be missed spelt and the “g” doesn’t look like a “g”. It is supposed to spell YOGA. Additionally there is a spelling mistake on “THERAPY” as pictured. The company are ignoring me on email and will not offer return of the item. They will also not answer the phone.

Sadly after so many issues, I just wouldn’t use this company again.

Harassed regularly by someone called Ben, saying I had an outstanding invoice to pay, even though at no point had I agreed to proceed. Highly unprofessional trying to aggressively sell their product

The design service was excellent, I sent over our company logos and got a fantastic visual of how the gazebo would look within a couple hours. After a bit of back and forth I made payment and the finished product was delivered within 10 days. Quality is fantastic and the after sales support has been great as well. Will use them again for more branded kit in the future for sure.

Really helpful and friendly customer service team. Was impressed by the quick turnaround time and top-quality gazebo, flags and tablecloth. Would 100% recommend.
