Evri should be closed down my parcel left the depot at 11.42 and now it is 15.40 they have not given a ETA or even sent an email saying its on its way i have got my information from there customer to get in touch is impossible there is no option online there are three questions and no way to ask questions and if you ring it is automated so still no answers

This the worst logistics organisation for communication delivery and totally ignore repeated requests for delivery information and when they loose your parcel they totally ignore you.
extremely disappointed with this service
I am extremely disappointed with this companies return service. As requested , I returned a parcel containing 3 pairs of sandals back to “Moda in Pelle” by Evri as on 4th June (2 weeks ago). I paid the return cost. Evri picked up my parcel, and afterwards, the Evri system simply indicated “Your parcel is on its way back to the retailer. Please contact your retailer for any further confirmation”. I find it ridiculous that any company would use Evri, which does NOT confirm if a parcel has actually been delivered.
I attempted to contact Moda in Pelle several times over two weeks. They eventually replied that they did not receive my returned parcel and suggested I make a claim from Evri for the loss of my parcel!
However, this appears to be virtually impossible! Their AI answer service constantly gives the wrong answers, the web chat is useless , there is no email reply, and no one answers the phone! I feel that my money is lost, and there seems to be nothing I can do except give bad reviews! I feel that this is theft! Why is this so difficult?
With hindsight, I should have checked all the previous bad reviews! All I can recommend now is: do NOT use these two companies!
An absolute joke of a company
An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a sweatshirt from h and m that should’ve been delivered within 3-5 days. When it was eventually delivered, guess where it was put? That’s right, in the rubbish bin that was out by the door waiting to be emptied. There was no knock on the door from them. I was home at the time, no note put through the door. When I checked my emails there was a photo of it in the top of the rubbish bin. Unfortunately it was too late and my bin had been emptied. Then there was the time where my parcel was with evri for 4 weeks before they bothered to deliver it. No one from there could help me and by the time it arrived summer was almost over and it was too late to wear the clothes I’d ordered. I’ve ordered something from schuh next day delivery not realising evri we’re the couriers and guess what? It didn’t arrive! I always use inpost now. Evri are awful.

Evri keep delaying my package. Tracking number HOORVA0503218864.Are they ever going to deliver my package this is getting ridiculous now.This is why I give them a 0ne star rating. The first package they told me it was damaged the post. They always come up with a excuse.
despite my previous complaints and the seriousness of this incident, Evri continues to send the same courier to my address.
The delivery driver was very rude and aggressive towards me. He banged loudly on my door, which left me feeling frightened and panicked. When I looked through the window, I saw that he was about to leave my parcel on top of the bin.
I opened the door cautiously, and he handed the parcel to me. However, he appeared very aggressive and intimidating. I felt uncomfortable and unsure how to react. I took the parcel from him and immediately locked my door because I felt frightened and wanted to ensure my safety.
This is not the first time this has happened. In fact, it is the third occasion involving the same driver. I have previously reported his behaviour by email and specifically requested that he should not be assigned to deliver to my address again. Therefore, I was shocked and concerned to see the same driver return.
Given his aggressive behaviour and the fact that my previous complaints appear to have been ignored, I am now genuinely concerned for my safety and wellbeing. I would appreciate an urgent investigation into this matter and reassurance that this driver will not be assigned to deliver to my address in the future.

I am completing an investigation into the circumstances you have kindly made us aware of. I am taking all necessary steps to liaise with the relevant departments and hope to provide you with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
I’m very sorry to hear that our courier driver was shouting at you and behaving in a confrontational manner. I thank you for bringing it to our attention. We expect a high standard of delivery from our couriers with every parcel, however, we appear to have fallen short for you on this occasion.
I have identified the courier in question and shared details with the local Delivery Team to address this as an urgent issue.
Please be assured that we take these matters very seriously and we will continue to work closely with our Delivery Team to prevent these incidents from occurring in the future.
As the details on this incident have been escalated to the right team to resolve this, I will now close your complaint. However, if you need any further help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist you.

I am extremely disappointed that, despite my previous complaints and the seriousness of this incident, Evri continues to send the same courier to my address. This is completely unacceptable.
Your email states that the matter has been investigated and escalated to the relevant team. However, your actions do not reflect this. Continuing to send the same courier to my home has left me feeling unsafe and has caused me significant distress.
This is no longer just a customer service issue; it is a matter of my personal safety. After being shouted at and subjected to confrontational behaviour by your courier, I should not have to worry about encountering the same individual again. I have raised this concern repeatedly, yet it appears to have been ignored.
Closing my complaint without resolving the issue is unacceptable. I request that Evri takes immediate action to ensure that this courier is no longer assigned to deliver to my address. I also ask for written confirmation that this has been arranged.
If Evri fails to resolve this ongoing safety concern, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint to the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection bodies and seek further advice.
I look forward to your prompt response and to a resolution that genuinely prioritises my safety.

My parcel was left in the bins are of my complex. The idle courier couldn’t be bothered to look for my apartment. When I next order online I will establish who the sellers delivery service is. If it’s Evri then I will cancel the order.

I sold an item on EBay on 10/6/26 and parcelled the item up and took to my local parcel shop drop off straight away ..
It was estimated for delivery on June 13th
This never happened tracking said DELAYED and that's the way it has stayed for the last 7 days
YES a total of 10 days that these cowboys have had my package and have still not completed the simple task that I have paid for ..
I spoke with EVRI and they promised to speed the parcel up (what a complete load of garbage - a complete lie)
STILL NOT DELIVERED
EBay will not pay me for my sale till this issue is resolved
So I am loosing out as well !!
I will never use EVRI ever again
It now looks as though they have lost my parcel

They Don’t Deliver, They Dump
Email from Evri tracking said item would be delivered by 6.30pm 15th June. It wasn’t. Their tracking states if they miss the original date, it will be delivered next day. It wasn’t. After several promises from their customer services that would definitely be delivered that day, they finally emailed me, 5 days later, to say the item has been lost. In addition to the above, when they do manage not to lose a parcel, they don’t actually deliver, they dump almost anywhere convenient to them. On one occasion my parcel was left on the wall outside my house, where anyone passing could have take it. Luckily I left the house and noticed it before that happened. They advertise themselves as a Cheap Courier Service, which probably says it all. Totally unreliable
Absolute joke of a service
Absolute joke of a service. My parcel apparently got "delivered"... except it never arrived, and somehow my dogs - who react to everything, including a leaf hitting the window - didn't make a single noise when it supposedly turned up.
That alone tells you everything.
No knock, no bell, no message, nothing. Just a fantasy delivery event that exists only in the tracking app.
Trying to speak to a real person is basically impossible, so you just get stuck in automated circles while your parcel disappears into the void.
Would genuinely trust a seagull with my package before using this again.

Honestly if I could I would give Evri no stars . They are a joke of a company at the customers expense. They never deliver our packages always saying undeliverable. Yesterday I was expecting a pen that should go through the letter box and I was in . Yes you guessed it undeliverable. I try to avoid buying now where it’s being delivered by Evri. The company should be shut down .

This is an absolutely disgraceful…
This is an absolutely disgraceful service. I wish I had never booked my parcel return with Evri.
I booked a parcel collection on 3 June 2026 and was told I would receive a two-hour time slot before the driver arrived. I spent the entire day at home waiting, but no time slot was ever sent and nobody came to collect the parcel.
I then tried to contact Evri using the phone number available online, only to discover there is no way to speak to a real person. The automated system repeatedly asks for a tracking number for a parcel being delivered. I am not waiting for a delivery – I am waiting for a collection. As I do not have a delivery tracking number, I am unable to get through to an advisor.
I also tried to email Evri, but there is no email address available. I then attempted to use the live chat service, which is nothing more than a chatbot that offers no useful help and no way of contacting a real person.
It is now 4 June and I still have my parcel. Nobody has collected it and there seems to be no way of contacting anyone for assistance. How long am I expected to wait – a week, a month, a year?
This is a shocking level of customer service. Completely unacceptable, incredibly frustrating, and a terrible experience from start to finish.
