What a shit show. DO NOT BELIEVE IN DELIVERY DATES SHOWN. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS FOR WEEKS.

Terrible service and they don’t care. Absolute joke.

My Child purchased a dog toy for his dog at a cost of almost £20. Unfortunately within five minutes of our dog playing with it his teeth snagged the material and it laddered all the way up exposing the stuffing. This meant no more toy. I tried to contact the shop but the numbers given do not work. I emailed their customer service who told me I needed to ring the store yet refused to give me a telephone number. Yet Evertons website direct you to their customer service, even if its a product bought instore so why I am getting the cold shoulder I do not know. I emailed pictures which clearly showed a fault and not due to aggressive/hard play on behalf of the dog. Poor Poor customer service. Shame on you for taking a childs pocket money and not even having the decency to respond in an adult fashion!

Terrible company ORDER BEFORE 3PM AND GET NEXT DAY DELIVERY done not fall for that croc of crap they charge a extra £10 for a service that they can not fulfill that's basically a scam.

Everything was perfect with the order couldn’t of asked for any better service told me that would come on the 13th of December but came on the sixth instead would definitely recommend and buy from again

Emails get ignored and phone lines take on average 42 minutes to connect. Very poor.

Four weeks with no refund. Please avoid
My refunds were apparently sent 4 weeks ago - but that money has not arrived with my bank. Spoken to my bank and no trace of them and Everton just washed their hands of it. I am £100+ down and no way of sorting it out. Disgusting customer service. Just send emails which don't make any sense. So upset over it all. Will never use these again. Please avoid, absolute cowboys who don't have a clue what they are doing.

Ordered a shirt in July and after numerous emails back and forth and waiting nearly a month I decided to cancel as that's pretty much the only option they gave me when speaking to them on the phone. Ordered again this time 2 away shirts on the 28th of November and its now the 24th of December and still no shirts. One of the shirts was a Christmas present for my son so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I don't live near everton otherwise I would have walked into a shop and bought them. I have bought over 70 shirts spanning 40 years and this is by far the worst I've known it. Maybe the new owners of the club can sort this stuff out as it's plain embarrassing.

Avoid the online shop charge for delivery and charge for return £6 both ways if you don’t like the item.Delivery time is atrocious.Rip off merchants, whoever decided that these were a good idea to manage the club’s merchandise needs their head reading. Customer service is non existent.

If there was a -0 rating this company they would have it! Delayed kits for weeks had to go into store to buy! Sent all items back 3 weeks ago had to pay for delivery back 3 times due to way ordered were sent. No reply to emails and no refund yet despite it saying within 14 days of being accepted back I would receive

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a kids kit as a birthday present, on the website it said dispatched day was Monday and I paid for express delivery. Had two emails since Monday to say it’s been delayed. When I chat to someone they just say a warehouse delay and can’t give a date when it will be here. Company ran by Fanatics and they are the worst company.

Unable to give zero stars! Ordered the £90 Goodison 25 shirt 10 days ago and still no sign. The Customer service team can only ask if you want to cancel it! Give the rubbish excuse of it needs the name printing on it so takes longer! No it already comes with the number and Goodison on the back. The Customer Service is as useless as Saturdays performance! No facility to make a complaint as you just get passed onto other advisors! Useless!!!

One star as there wasn't an option for no stars.
Ordered a top on 12/08/24 to start the new season, imagined there was plenty of time for the 48 hour tracked delivery.......but oh no, in the small print it takes about 4 days to process then they'll deliver it 48 hours from that.
They can have it straight back when it arrives, absolute p*** poor Everton.

Very poor experience, I ordered socks, shorts and top for my daughter, all items in stock at checkout all paid for. Socks arrived a week later, couple of weeks went by waiting for the rest of my order to arrive, contacted customer services waited a couple of more weeks still no items received. Email from Everton direct 08/07/24 they will refund the money for the top as it out of stock but the shorts have been dispatched, which have arrived today 10/07/24. What good are the socks and shorts without the top!!! Awful experience. Cheers!!!!

Added a kids kit to my basket, clicked pay and it said 2 items are now out of stock (shirt and shorts) and a successful order has gone through for the remaining item (socks) plus delivery and 'handling fee' which in total was 3 times more than the socks. Why would anyone order a kit and just want the socks?!

I accept the items sold out, but why aren't items reserved in the basket and why does an incomplete order go through? No other retailers do this.

I emailed customer services twice and they ignored me. Did a web chat and the lady clearly didn't get the issue, I think it was lost in translation which isn't her fault but she just didn't understand.

Received the pair of socks today in a plastic bag that would fit the whole first team kits in.

The site is run by Fanatics and they are completely useless and ignorant.

Ordered same size as always ordered and no problem with fit, latest item too small on shoulders, paid £4.95 delivery, charged £6.20 return and paid another £4.95 delivery for the next size up, husband has never been a 2XL in his whole life. Extortionate fees - wonder if I'm covering the losses they made so that they don't get the deduction again next year😩
