Horrible customer service
They sent the wrong size and I sent 2 emails, with pic of product, and no response. Chatted with 2 different people for over 40 min just to finally be told the size I want is no longer available. There was absolutely no supervisor or manager to call me directly. Just awful.

Awful experience. I checked in after 2 weeks and got no response. Was then told my item was returned with no explanation. Best they could offer was 20% off my next order but no way to know if that order would even come. This website it atrocious. Very clear they have no responsibility.

I put in a £600 order, multiple football tops for my children's birthdays. I ordered well in advance and paid for delivery to be 3-5 working days. I am still waiting and it has been 7 weeks. This resulted in my son's main birthday present not being here on time. I have been emailing continuously and spoken to customer services and it has still not been resolved. Disgusting service, disappointed children and no urgency to resolve the matter!
