Absolutely disgusting customer service, paid £6.95 for express shipping arrived 7 days later and wanted me to pay £7 to return as the item was no longer needed as I’d been to the Everton shop to buy it all over again. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely rubbish Service. Everton FC should hang their heads with shame letting this company run our club into the ground In respect of our merchandise departments. Absolute shambles orders are always canceled and take multiple payments. And not refund for 7 days. A banking interest scam if there ever was one l.

Appalling. Ordered 16th Sept for 6th October birthday. Ive no idea where the shirt is as it hasn't updated on the tracking. I guess it will eventually arrive???!!! Daughters birthday has been and gone and still no shirt. No reply from customer service. Awful company with 0 care for customers

My son lives in Australia, he ordered a hoodie for his dads birthday to be delivered to Liverpool and a hoodie for himself both XL. Dads hoodie arrived late and wrong size, had to go through the online chat and then go to a drop off to return, waited a further week for the original correct size to arrive. My sons hoodie arrived after 2 weeks to Australia and again sent the wrong size! He is annoyed with the lack of customer service and having to spend his time emailing and complaining and not receiving any replies or communication. Disappointing customer service, Everton Direct is disappointing and your reviews tell you this. Please share with other fans to ensure they like us and the others on trust pilot don’t waste their time and be disappointed by using Everton direct.

I place and order for 3 kits for myself, wife, son, then a hoodie each for myself and wife and a pair of pj's for the son. kits turned up ok within the time frame (before the 8/9), but the rest of the things where never sent. I spoke on the chat on the 14/9 on the website and told to contact back in 2 days as they need to allow 14 days for a parcel not to arrive, even though tracking showed nothing had been sent. I was then told an item was out of stock. After contacting them back after the 2 additional days it took me 1 hour to get told i can get a refund as i have lost faith in their service to then only get told i have to wait 1 additional day as they cannot process a refund on the system. I would advise not to shop on this site as it has left me feeling very unsatisfied with the customer service and how this has been resolved. I personally will not be shopping on this website any time soon and will have to look elsewhere to be able to purchase Everton clothing.

Ordered my new home top on July 24th. They charged me twice for the same order and nearly a month later I'm still yet to receive anything. Emailed customers services who advised it would be sent out as soon as possible but with no date or shipping information. 1 month on and it's not even been processed.
No refund, no items received and still no way of returning items to get a refund.
I've always used everton direct and I'm a member. This is unacceptable

Ordered 2 ladies away shirts on 27th July only arrived yesterday after numerous emails. Only to open package and find that one shirt has young on the back. Never requested any names. Trying to get intouch is awful. Waiting for an answer. Been on returns portal and shirt doesn't match the ref to send back. Joke.

Ordered my 10 year old boy the Everton goalie away kit on 22nd July.

Kit arrived but they sent the home shorts (green) instead of the away shorts (black).

I sent them an email alerting them to the issue only for them to send the wrong shorts AGAIN.

A month later and we’re still waiting for the right shorts to be sent.

It’s the first year my son has decided to swap from supporting Liverpool to Everton but his enthusiasm is already starting to wane. Come on Everton, sort it out.

Ordered youth kit. Shirt arrived but no sign of shorts or socks - apparently still being processed. Can’t speak to anyone about it, absolute shambles of a company. And they have the cheek to charge an additional handling fee.

Honestly I've never had problems with Everton direct. But now it's getting a joke I paid for next day delivery on the full home kit so I could play my 6 aside in it but have only received my socks the shirt and shorts are still being processed

Ordered on 28th July and items haven't arrived. Sadly I'm only now looking at reviews. We are having same problem. Left on phone with no one answering, no one available in chat facility and no email reply. I'll need to go to my bank too.

Ordered 3 child away kits and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting, still says processing.
I have emailed them and had no reply, online chat is unavailable and when you call it says 30 secs wait and no one answers after a 15 min wait!!!

Absolute sh!tshow of a club the way things are ran, from retail to the board its in absolute shambles, ordered 3 kits on 21/7 and got 2 pairs of socks and a infant kit so far, 2 x shorts and tops still not arrived. Customer chat is never available and ringing is no help as they never answer.

Absolute shambles , if this is an example of how poorly my beloved club is run then no wonder we are in such a mess, order my child's kit on 25th of July and still waiting for it , e pected delivery date was a week ago, also paid for myself and him club membership for the season at the end of last season , had my pack and card through but still.waiting for his, was told I emailed a no reply email address and to go the customer services page on the website, funny how I can't find this customer services page, the whole website is impossible to navigate around, when I do finally find what I'm trying track it's.only by pure luck , they are happy enough to take the money, now deliver the services paid for thank you

If I could leave a zero stars I would.
Ordered a Pickford goalie kit for my grandsons birthday present. The item was received by Evri and according to the tracking never moved from their warehouse.
The chatbot used by both companies sends you round in circles. Emails are ignored or request “more time” to sort the problem.
After 13 days I spoke to the customer service team, again, and told them I was recording the conversation as I was getting nowhere. They said refund would be processed that day but could take 2-7 days to show up in my bank. In the days of faster payments why isn’t this done in 2 hours?

Dont order online you wont get it till months later if u get it at all!!!!
Paid nxt day delivery 2 weeks later still not arrived, tried to cancel but because its personalised they wont let you!!
Its half evri’s fault as i had problems with them at xmas which i informed everton about yet they continue using them to deliver orders?? Rang customer service they havent got a clue and cant help!! And there is no number to call evri!!! Never ordering again

I ordered a jersey for my brothers birthday in April since his birthday is in May and expected it to arrive in time for his birthday. Instead it’s June 6 and it still hasn’t arrived. I am so frustrated and no one should by from them ever!!!
