My manager booked me to go on this course and it is fair to say that I was somewhat unenthusiastic and a little skeptical as to how useful or relevant it would be for me... How wrong was I?... The course was excellent and Jeremy is brilliant! No silly or embarrassing ice breakers, just useful introductions, saying what we wanted to get from the training and then we got on with it! He kept me fully engaged through out the two days.
The course is very insightful. Helps you to gain an understanding of what a pm needs to do and shouldn't be doing. He explains what is needed from others involved the project.
I would recommend that anyone who is remotely involved in projects, even if you're not the pm, to enroll. I believe that the knowledge I have gained from this course will now enable me to communicate and work better with colleagues that are involved in our projects now that I have a better understanding of how it all works.

I found the course to be very well presented with an amazing amount of knowledge passed on to us but presented in a way that kept it light and engaging, this will be a massive help to me in my current role and i would highly recommend this course to anyone who has an interest in project management either in a work environment or for more personal projects, if you get offered this course then definitely say yes to it.

I attended this course as part of my development within Biffa and it achieved many things. It gave me Project Management techniques I can apply instantly, it gave me others to consider in the future, and it showed me where to find and research further, more advanced Project Management techniques for when I am ready to dive deeper into the subject.

Jeremy does a great job of distilling techniques and approaches into simple acts which can be implemented within our teams, whilst keeping his delivery light, funny, and enjoyable.

Jeremy is absolutely in the right job, blending considerable expertise with a light hearted delivery - which stops the topic from feeling too big or complex at any time.

I would thoroughly recommend the training Jeremy provided, as I have already spent a lot of time reflecting on the course materials and thinking of how these could be included within our team and project meetings moving forward.

I really enjoyed this course and it was a great mix of the formal aspects of project management as well as the practical approach. Jeremy was great at explaining and providing real examples and applications, and did it all with a lot of enthusiasm and humour. An excellent training course which combined the fundamentals of project management with valuable lived experience. Jeremy was engaging and informative to the extent that in two days of training i was never close to being bored. I am new to projects, so this was incredibly useful, but even colleagues who have been PMs for years found it useful. Would recommend to anyone who has any dealings with projects.

It doesn't happen often but the training experience was very engaging and so practical. Definitely not just professional skills but also life skills on top.

What an amazing few days I spent with Jeremy and my colleagues from Biffa Waste learning all about Project Management. Jeremy has such energy and is so engaging, its probably the best course I've sat on for a long time! I was actually remembering what I was being taught! And the skills the course gave me are so simple once he had shared them, they can be used in so many other ways, I was even driven to buy his book! Although I'm not officially a project manager by trade, this course has given me a lot to think about with the projects and workstreams I deliver as part of my role.

The course has added real value to my approach to projects and work streams, and has given me some valuable new methodologies and ways to approach tasks. It's been over a week since the course and my new approach (thanks to Jeremy) is already paying off.

Out of all the courses my employer (and previous employers) have made available to me, this by far has been the best - and most useful.

I'd fully recommend this course to anyone or any team who wants to refresh and revise their approach to managing projects/workstreams or similar.

This course is brilliant! Not just for anyone in project management, but also for general management and even day to day life. Jeremy's delivery is clear, engaging, and relatable.
