Just attended The Everyday PM course hosted by Jeremy and I can honestly say it was the best course I’ve attended in a long time. The content was rich and very relevant to my everyday work. Brilliant training which delivered on all my expectations. The training is well paced, engaging and uses real world examples to bring everything to life. This is definitely not death by Powerpoint presentation or a list of Project buzz words. I joined the training curious about what I could learn and left the training knowing that I can deliver well planned and executed projects; with a host of resources on hand to support my ongoing progress.

I attended the Shining Star 2 day course and I just have one word - WOW. Jeremy was one of the most engaging trainers I have ever worked with and brought Project Management, Risk and Governance to life in a way I hadn't thought possible. The 2 days whizzed past in the blink of an eye, and the skills Jeremy taught us could be transferable to any role.

Throughly enjoyed the Project Managment training undertaken by Jeremy. I thought two days of PM training was going to be a hard slog but this was not the case, the two days flew by. Jeremy was an excellent trainer, provided great examples throughout which were really relatable and has helped me to really understand project management.

Would highly recommend this training to anyone. Even if you are not a project manager like me the skills are really transferrable.

Jeremy delivered training for us at my company this week, and it was a thorough grounding & refresher in everything needed to be a successful project manager. Well pitched, well delivered and great pace so that everything was covered in an interesting way, without the usual ‘slow’ moments which often accompany training courses! Extremely useful and will put many of his methods into practice. Recommended.

I attended the Effective Project Management course via my company this week and I have to say it was a brilliant course. I have no formal training for project management but it is a key part of my role, so this was the perfect training for me. It covered all the basics with detail and practical advice to apply it, and focused on how you can take these principles and apply it to any project, personal or professional so it was all very transferable. Examples and activities were based around both professional and personal scenarios, like weddings and office relocations. I now feel I could hold a conversation with a full-time PM and understand what they're talking about, jargon included.
Jeremy was a fantastic trainer. He is clearly very experienced and it was amazing to hear his anecdotes that really brought the content to life. He remembered everyone's name instantly which was impressive, and created a collaborative and interactive atmosphere which is hard to do with a group who mostly don't know each other and are from different areas of the business. It was also very inclusive - for example, the icebreaker (though it's not an icebreaker!) was introduced and then we had about 5 mins while he talked through some housekeeping to (mentally!) prepare for it which I thought was very inclusive for those of us who need to reflect and prepare for these kinds of things. I honestly really enjoyed it but I also came away with so much new knowledge which I find is rare in trainings sometimes - I actually have a load of tangible actions to bring to my work that will benefit my role & also my personal projects too!

Really insightful training explained in real world terms and with great enthusiasm from Jeremy.

Jeremy delivered an engaging and enlightening two day course, tailored exactly to our requirements, our levels of experience and the specific issues we were looking to tackle. The guidance was practical and translatable, it was easily digestible and extremely interesting and informative. I would definitely recommend him and hope we can look at more training on different modules in the future.

The course was excellent! It was a really good overview of the fundamentals of project management (from the initial bid/idea to closing down/handing over a successful project, and it was great to hear Jeremy’s anecdotes and lessons learnt from his experiences working on large multimillion pound projects.

It’s given me the confidence to manage projects and constructively challenge how we manage projects as an organisation. I was unsure if being a project manager was for me before the course, but after having completed the course I am really excited to start managing my own projects.

I’ve already been able to apply the learning to some of my own projects both at work and at home.

After completing the APMFQ last year, I was concerned the Everyday PM Fundamentals course would repeat the content. I was wrong. This course teaches you everything that course doesn't. A real life, working day look at what it is to be a Project Manager, complete with the challenges, best practice and watch outs. I highly recommend to anyone considering a career in Project Management and to those who have started to see how it should be done. Thanks to Jeremy who made the course light-hearted and easy to follow.

The training was informative and covered a breadth of Project Management topics and was more than appropriate for the class of 11 of mixed professions and management levels. The trainer, Jeremy, successfully balanced content, activities, and discussion and kept everyone engaged with a high level of contribution.
