Worst experience ever. Stay away from them

Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order on July 16, and as of October 31, I still haven’t received either my package or a refund.
I first reached out on August 10 after not receiving my order — no reply. After several follow-ups, I only ever got the same copy-pasted responses claiming my case was being “handled with the highest priority.”
In September, I was asked to fill out a denial of receipt form so they could start an investigation with the courier. I completed and sent it back immediately, but nothing happened after that — no updates, no progress, and no resolution.
It’s been over three months of chasing this company for answers, and they keep sending robotic replies with no real help or accountability.
If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect support or honesty — just endless template emails and no results. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ewooow. After placing an order, I contacted the company several times to cancel because the delivery was being unreasonably delayed. Despite my clear cancellation requests, they went ahead and dispatched the order anyway.
When the parcel finally arrived, I was suddenly asked to pay £72 in customs fees — charges that were never disclosed at the time of purchase. I refused to pay these unexpected costs, and soon after, the company sent me a letter demanding payment for the customs charges.
Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Ewooow requesting a refund, but they have stopped responding completely. I have not received any refund or resolution to date.
This experience has been stressful and deeply frustrating. The lack of transparency and poor communication are unacceptable. I would strongly caution other customers to avoid ordering from Ewooow, as they do not appear to operate in a fair or trustworthy manner.

Big scam Red warning!
Big scam Red warning!! I ordered my item 9th August, after three months i didn't receive my item or a refund. I sent many emails and messages, in September i received an answer that they will give me a full refund. Now in end of October I'm still waiting for the refund. I sent again nany messages. NO ANSWER!!! No REFUND! three months, I never recommend this company to anyone. Don't trust them! They are just a big liars. Im so disappointed

As we have previously explained, a chargeback dispute was initiated through your credit card provider, and according to our records, the refund has already been processed via that same channel.
