Ricevuto un articolo errato più di 10 giorni fa ma ancora oggi non ho ricevuto l'etichetta di reso dell'articolo!!!! Scritto 20 mail ma la risposta è sempre la stessa.....i nostri operatori stanno effettuando i controlli!!!!! Tutto molto estenuante!!!!! Provato a chiamare diverse volte ma si può parlare solo con un operatore virtuale!!!! Pessima esperienza

SCAMMED FOR 5100 EURO
SCAM!
Bought 2 tvs worth over 4900 euro plus 196 euro shipping to Ireland, delays started from day 1, now at 2 weeks they stopped replying emails, messages and telephone.
I am now with a hole of almost 5200 euro in my bank account and looking for legal ways other than reporting the transaction to my bank!
STAY AWAY!
REPLY:
1- No, I haven’t received an email with a tracking number which you now made public available thus infringing privacy laws if that’s actually correct
2- 4 emails, 3 phone calls, 3 chat messages in the past 7 days still are unanswered
3- You seem to not even know the order, it’s not 2 TVs, it’s 2 TVs and a speaker system worth 700 EURO
4- Lies online can be easily dismantled, your reviews show that; from false advertisement to public disclosing PII

takes money no delivery poor communication
If I could leave less than 1 start I would, I feel like I have been robbed, placed an order for TV on the 28Th October, website day 5-7days for delivery. Day after order placed I receive an email for additional money for postage as they felt they undercharged me, after I refused they proceeded to agree to continue with the order. The order has been stuck at processing now on day 12, their contact number does not work and email replies are generic AI responses saying will update me in due course and refusing to refund me until the items are delivered. I’m now stuck with them having taken my money and not being able to get any idea if or when the TV will be delivered. Cant understand the positive reviews of this obviously dodgy website. Take this free advise and stay well clear of this website.
Update: For anyone reading this review the reply below from ewooow is all I have been getting from them, they won’t refund and they can’t advise what the issue is or when will be resolved leaving you stuck. As stated STAY AWAY from this website
