Good but delivery could be better managed
Ordered a couple of computer components - happy with the product and communication. Hadn't realised that the items would take a couple of weeks to come through - took around 5 days longer than originally advised and the tracking for the parcel wasn't accurate. All in all I would order from them again, but I do think that tracking and delivery could be a lot better.

They put a "offer" on ram and the next day they cancell my order and 4 days later i´m still waiting them to refund the order. Do not order in this website

Är arg. Fick inget mail eller sms om att varorna anlänt. Dom gick i retur och nu betalar inte ewooow tillbaka pengarna och menar på att dom inte är skyldiga att avisera ankomst av paket!!!

Tack för din återkoppling. Vi förstår fullt ut din frustration angående återbetalningen.
Som vi redan har förklarat har transportören, enligt information från UPS — vilket du också kan kontrollera via spårningen — försökt leverera paketet till din adress flera gånger. Eftersom leveransen inte lyckades har paketet lämnats på närmaste UPS-center för avhämtning.
Vi vill understryka att transportörer enligt lag inte är skyldiga att skicka förhandsmeddelanden eller aviseringar. När sådana meddelanden finns är det en tilläggstjänst som ibland inte når mottagaren på grund av tekniska problem, till exempel skräppostfilter eller felaktiga eller otillgängliga telefonnummer.
Vi förstår att situationen kan vara frustrerande. Vi kan dock bekräfta att fraktkostnader i detta fall inte kan återbetalas. Vi står fortfarande till ditt förfogande för att hjälpa dig med avhämtningen hos UPS-centret och gör vårt bästa för att underlätta leveransen.

Non acquistate truffa
Ho ordinato un rasoio elettrico Panasonic pagando anche in più per consegna veloce ma ad oggi 2 febbraio nulla è stato consegnato. Chiamato numero clienti ottima assistenza di una IA ma il consiglio di inviare mail e sarei stata contattata su wup venerdì 30 tutto vano....ora dovrò anche adire con le vie legali...azienda non trasparente

Ordered a TV for £800 - Charged another 50% for Shipping!
Ordered a TV for £800. After paying, I was casually informed there would be an extra £350 for shipping — a detail mysteriously absent from every prior communication.
Fascinating business model: advertise one price, then invoice another and hope customers won’t notice.
If you enjoy surprise fees and post-purchase ambushes, this might be the retailer for you. Otherwise, avoid.

I am giving this company five stars because my order for Longchamp glasses was handled so professionally. UPS (their delivery preference) messed up big time but ewooow were concerned and wrote to me two or three times to make sure I was happy in the end! I'd recommend but have told them not to use UPS for northwest London deliveries seems I am not the only one complaining about them!

Genuine product but delivery was long and expensive
The product was good as expected and well packed but the delivery time was very long, far longer than the advertised delivery time especially as the delivery cost was £15 for a small item.

SPOILER: El envío sí se demoró, pero fue tema de Poste Italiane. (Supongo que por ser internacional) Al final todo llegó correctamente y el embalaje estaba OK. Los recomiendo y seguiría comprando.

Misleading pricing
Misleading pricing – very poor experience
After completing my purchase, I was contacted and told I needed to pay an additional £340 for “special packaging or excessive weight”.
If this charge was legitimate, it should have been clearly disclosed at checkout, not introduced after the order was placed. Discovering such a significant extra cost only after committing to the purchase feels misleading and unfair.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I will never buy from them again and will also be reporting this matter to Trading Standards so these practices can be reviewed.
Very disappointing.
