Really great service, all done remotely. Ben was really professional throughout, sorted out a hiccup in our application. Made things so much smoother for us.

They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Well, we started our first buying process just in time for lockdowns and pandemics. Ben was fab through the whole process. When the pandemic left us waiting for weeks for our final offer, he kept in touch and reassured us it would be fine. Before the pandemic he had found us a great deal and saved us thousands from what our first broker had told us was our ‘best available deal’. He is extremely knowledgable, personable and really understanding of how utterly clueless we were! Can’t thank Ben and Exclusively Mortgages enough. It’s been a very uncertain time for many but I recommend Ben and Exclusively Mortgages with absolute certainty!

Ben and the team have been amazing. We were purchasing a property which was not straight forward. After a long and drawn out process with a high street lender our sellers were getting nervous and considering to put the house we were buying back on the market. Exclusively Mortgages saved our purchase. They contacted a number of lenders on our behalf to ascertain what stance they would take before we submitted any application.

In short order we had an offer and after close management by the team we were able to exchange and then complete.

I would 100% use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Our experience with Ben was 10/10! We had big fears about getting our first mortgage but to top it all off Covid has just hit the Uk making it ten times harder to get an approved mortgage with a 10% deposit. Ben worked around the clock to make it happen and was always in touch. Ben secured our mortgage and we needed to do very little which was such a relief at such a tricky time and for a young couple who if I’m honest had no clue! Ben even gave us quotes for life insurance and home insurance. I can’t wait to get back in touch when our rate has come to an end.
