Ben and Vickie we're so helpful and supportive in our journey to get our mortgage. We thought we'd never get one due to our ages but we complete tomorrow on our dream home. Also this was during the time of economic uncertainty and interest rate rises but they answered our questions and calmed our fears. The patience of saints

Our house move has been a very protracted affair for a first time buyer. We first spoke to Exclusively Mortgages back in March 2021 on the recommendation of a friend. They helped us through the initial process and off we went looking. We found a place and EM helped us with everything we needed to know, estate agents, solicitors, insurance. You name it, we didn't know how to deal with it, they sorted it and advised us advised us. It really was fantastic.

Our first house the seller decided she no longer wished to move so fell through, EM helped us reevaluate our options and helped us find somewhere new which we did in early 2022.

In double quick time we had all the insurance and mortgage concerns sorted, and EM dealt with an estate agent on our behalf when it went to best and final offers for the property.

Throughout the process Kelly and Vickie have been absolutely superb and we really cannot recommend them enough. Buying your first property is daunting and there's so much to think about, Exclusively Mortgages took away so much stress by giving us sound advice to allow us to make informed choices and always being on hand for any query.

I'm so glad EM were recommended to us, it really has made everything so much less stressful.
