First class repair, staff were friendly, helpful & informative, explained in detail what had been done & after care. Vehicle has been cleaned inside & out. Very happy, highly recommend.

This should have been a 5-star review, as the customer service throughout the repair process was excellent. My vehicle was collected promptly, and when it was returned around three weeks later, I was very happy with the bodywork, the front quarter panel and bumper had been replaced, and it looked like the front wheel had even been refurbished.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Before the accident, my vehicle had no dashboard faults, but it was returned with 4! Exclusive Repair Network put me in touch with the repairers so I could explain the issues, but I was told these must all be a “coincidence.” One of the faults involved the car’s revs staying high even when idling after warming up. When I mentioned this, the repairer said they’d never seen a car’s revs drop after a cold start — which didn’t fill me with confidence, as anyone who knows cars understands that high RPM at startup is normal but should settle as the engine warms. My car sat at 1500 RPM, and I was told this was normal.

While I can accept that some mechanical issues may arise when a car hasn’t been driven, one of the faults is electrical, a short circuit, and that was definitely not present before the accident. The repairer invited me to visit their workshop so they could plug in a diagnostic computer, but since I already knew the fault and no repair was being offered, it felt like a wasted trip.

On 30/10, Exclusive Repair Network informed me that they wouldn’t be repairing the issues because they don’t “believe” they were caused by the accident, despite my assurance that these faults only were not present prior to the accident.

After being without my vehicle for weeks, and already upset about the initial accident, it’s incredibly disappointing to have it returned with new faults. While I wasn’t told this situation was acceptable, I’m very disappointed that Exclusive Repair Network seemed to think it would be. I now have to pay out of pocket to fix issues that occurred while the car was in the repairer’s care.

Good, clear communication. Always respectfull and made the situation as less stressful as possible

My overall experience has been excellent I would most definitely recommend the Exclusive Repair Network to anybody who needs to get their car repaired.

My experience was brilliant due to Chelsea giving me regular updates and being very professional in her job role.

She was also giving good conversations asking me how I am and asking if there was anything I need in reference with the car and answering every question I had to the best of her abilities. The company has an absolutely outstanding employee and should be privileged to have her there.
