I am happy they gave me the second…
I am happy they gave me the second option which the third party takes the cost of the repair to my car. This option does not effect my policy. I was parked in a bay when someone scratched my car and wanted to run away but I managed to get his details for my insurance company.

They are an independent service that specialises in handling claims on behalf of individuals involved in non-fault accidents, and they instructed us to undertake the repairs to your vehicle.
