The company was very supportive due to the accident I had , they made the whole experience great , they collected the car and kept me informed while the repair was going on and the repair was done superbly. They dropped the car back to me , Couldn’t wish for a better service and their attention to detail.

The repairs on my car were 1st class and the customer care was also excellent. The car came back in a reasonable time frame and was cleaned to a high standard by the repairers/garage.

Had an accident over a month ago and…
Had an accident over a month ago and car still hasn't been picked up for repair. Keep getting bounced between every agency involved and told different stories about the progress of the claim. Am phoning every second day to chase the claim and being told there is nothing more they can do - but phoned the third party insurer myself today to chase it up just to be told that the quote hasn't even been sent to them from ECN. Absolute worst decision to go through this company as pregnant and stuck in an unsuitable hire car indefinitely.

Quick, hassle free, great service
From the collection of may damaged vehicle, all the way through the repair process and then the eventual delivery of my fixed vehicle the company were excellent, kept me up to date with regular contact and helped to put my mind at ease during a stressful period. I would recommend their services to anyone as I have been well looked after 5 stars for me 👍

Great communication
Kept in touch the whole time - the courtesy vehicle company were awful and the only part of the whole experience that kept me sane, was the repair company. They were efficient, kept in communication the whole time and friendly. I could also stay in touch with them via what’s app which is way more efficient then calling up. Thanks so much
