Voor de 2e keer gereisd met Explore Namibia prima organisatie en fantastisch personeel!

In Nov/Dec 2020 we spent another 4 weeks in Namibia. For myself this was the 4th time I travelled through Namibia. All my trips have been wonderfully prepared and arranged through Explore Namibia. I speak from experience when i says "these people plan your trip seamlessly to meet your needs and to your wishes". From day #1 the attention is in the details and your whole trip is drafted up to your liking, needs and wishes. Once the plan has been drafted up and all agree a final plan will be written up to confirm what you have agreed. It does not stop there, during your flight down, upon arrival and during your whole trip they are right there with you to assist you with whatever assistance you need. We have completed trip #4 in Dec '20 and it was an absolute awesome trip. Guess what we are looking at for 2022? :-)

We can only recommend the services provided. And let us state this very clearly: We were extremely critical about such services, having made bad experience in that respect. Promises that were made and not fulfilled by the end of the day.
The experiences made with „Explore Namibia“ were such that we could fully rely on the information provided, we could blindfacedly accept booking recommendations, we were informed in good time ahead of our next accommodations what to observe, which road would be best to take, and what we could expect to see and what not.
Therefore this service is highly recommendable, costs are fair and transparent. We are grateful having chosen these services.

I really had a great time planning my trip through Namibia with Explore Namibia!! They are very knowledgeable and take all your ideas and considerations into account. You’ll get a nice overview of everything that’s booked and included in the fare, the equipment I rented through them was top notch and overall I can only recommend you book and plan your trip with the great team at Explore Namibia!!! In 2008 (lang geleden) een perfect georganiseerde op maat gemaakte tocht door Namibië naar Maun (Botswana) gemaakt. Zeer prettige voorbereiding waarbij we op basis van goede suggesties van Explore Namibia een aangepaste route en schema hebben gemaakt. Bij aankomst was de transfer van het vliegveld netjes geregeld en kregen we van Elise een perfecte briefing met map en documentatie in ons hotel. De auto en campings waren perfect geregeld, zelfs achterlaten in Maun was geen probleem. Het viel ons op dat, toen we een keer laat in Swakopmund arriveerden vanwege 2 lekke banden, er al geïnformeerd was door het hotel bij Exlore Namibia of we onderweg waren. Mark en Elise wisten dat, dus je had een klein beetje het gevoel dat er op je gelet werd. Fijn om te weten.

Als over een paar jaar de kinderen oud genoeg zijn voor een lange reis komen we bij jullie terug!

We had a perfectly organized trip in Namibia. Lodges were entirely selected by this travel agent and matched our expectations. Also pickups at and to the airport as well as the rental car were perfectly organized. On top we had a description of the route, suggestions on what to do and everything we needed in a nice overview which we not only had in an app but also in a folder we received upon arrival. This was our second time we booked via this agent and again they exceeded our expectations...so many more bookings to come 😊😊

Great tour with a lot of challenge. Some wonderful places to spend the night.

Clear communication and advices while planning our trip in advance. Everything in Namibie was well prepared for us. The only thing that can be improved is the speech on arrival. The person that met us was not so enthousiastic and lowered our expectations. That decreased our enthousiasm a bit on the First day. And considering the great trip we had that was really not necessary!

We had a terrific 12-day family trip (5 persons), organized by ExploreNamibia. Our experience with the travel agent was superb; they customized the trip according to our wishes, chose wonderful places to stay, recommended great options which we did not know about etc. Their mobileapp made everything very easy and comfortable, it also included driving directions which meant that there was no need for a gps device. Highly recommended!

Explore Namibia perfectly understands how to make your holiday in Namibia one big fantastic adventure. They listened to our wishes and developed a travel route and journey that was beyond our expectations. We loved every single minute and were very pleased to have experienced Namibia with their help.

Julia was one of the best tour operator we have ever dealt with.
Her immediate response to emails was second to none as well as attention to the details of our requests.
Her personal briefing at the start of our self drive trip in Namibia 🇳🇦, Botswana 🇧🇼 and Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 was excellent, answering all our questions and providing many tips on how to fully enjoy 😉 our 20 day journey.

Our group had the most amazing time together and it was all because of Explore Namibia's organising everything for us perfectly. Overall I feel extremely thankful of what we were able to experience in Namibia. Explore Namibia customised the trip for us so that we got more out of Africa we couldn't even expect!

Everything worked perfectly!!
We were met at scheduled time and given all necessary papers and map and our trip was being explained. The map and the Google- guiding pribnted out for us was perfect for the co-driver.
All placecs were expecting us and it was all so smooth and safe.
Thank you very much. Such professionalism paired with genuine interest made this an adventure from before we left Norway.

We booked our vehicle with a roof tent for our trip to the Kalahari through Explore Namibia. Hilma dealt with our enquiry and she was totally brilliant. She replied immediately and gave us good advice. She even helped me with a problem I had with SA parks accommodation. The vehicle was excellent as was the meet and greet with Julia at the rental office.
